The Death of Sophan Sophiaan

This afternoon, I heard the news about the death of Sophan Sophiaan.

He was having a motorcycle accident. So he was in a tour in order to remembering the 100th years of National Resurgence. The accident was happen in Ngawi. He died on the way to the hospital.

One thing that I admire from him was his marriage. You can see his marriage rather free from bad gossip or news, unlike like other celebrities couple.

I sincerely give my sympathy for his wife.

Prison Break

Prison Break is one of my favourite serial DVD. Well, because I live in Indonesia I can not watch Prison Break regularly. The local TV aired it one episode a week. The cable TV does too. I am impatient to wait the upcoming episodes. So I watch it by DVD. Of course it is not original. Haha..

The story revolves around a man who was sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit and his brother's elaborate plan to help him escape his death sentence. Then he goes to prison for saving his brother. This is the story of the first season. The second season is about the running from the prison. The third season is about the story after the running in Panama.

The first time I saw the trailer, I was thinking that this serial is gonna be great. But after watch the first episode, I was thinking that this serial is like other drama serial. After episode by episode, I guess I am wrong.

This serial is great! Even after the second season, I think.. " Oh no... Third season will be second prison to escape, it must be boring..."

I guess I am wrong again. I am eager to watch the upcoming episodes!

Tips of the Day : Burn the Poison!

Sports can release your body's poison by sweat, burn the posion in the fat, and the bonuses : the body becomes stronger and more energic!

Find a time at least 45 minutes per day, 3 times a week minimal, to do aerobic like running, swimming or cycling.

Today, i suggest for running.

Go for it.

Safe Abroad Travelling

This tips I get from a US website for US citizens. But I think it is also useful for you guys who read it. I edit it a little bit.

1. Sign passport, and fill in the emergency information

--> Make sure you have a signed, valid passport, and a visa, if required, and fill in the emergency information page of your passport.

2. Leave copies of itinerary and passport data page

--> Leave copies of your itinerary, passport data page and visas with family or friends, so you can be contacted in case of an emergency.

3. Check your overseas medical insurance coverage

--> Ask your medical insurance company if your policy applies overseas, and if it covers emergency expenses such as medical evacuation. If it does not, consider supplemental insurance.

4. Familiarize yourself with local conditions and laws

--> I think it is so important, remember you are not in your own country.

5. Take precautions to avoid being a target of crime

--> Just act and dress regularly. Don't be a spot in a crowdness.

6. Contact your country embassy in that country in an emergency

--> Before you go, make sure that your country has a relationship with the nation you will visit. You don't want to go to uncertain places, bealieve me.

Aya Aya Wae..

Jadi tadi pagi saya memasuki stase radiologi di sebuah rumah sakit di daerah jakarta timur.

Bapak petugas : "Tunggu dulu aja, dokternya belum dateng. Nonton tipi aja dulu"

Halah... Aya aya wae euy..

Buat artis nya saya mahu bilang....

"DAUN MUDA NI YEEEE..."
