Surgery at Fatma.Com

At last, the news of the next cycle has come up. I get placed in Surgey division in Fatmawati Hospital.

Based on my seniors stories, this place is a half of hell.

My colleague in radiology also being placed in this place. He congrats me when I am in my work-out time.

"Congrats, Jal!!!" He said.

Damn you!

Well, we'll see.

Home Theater

One of my favourite hobby is watching movies. I watch different kind of movies, from action, romantic, drama, superhero, or even cartoon/manga. My favourite genre is romantic comedy and superhero movies. I think the best movie in romantic comedy is Sleepless in Seattle. This movie is perfect from the plot, the actor and actress, and the story.

I can't decide which movie is the best for superhero genre. There are many quality movie in this genre. The spiderman and X-men trilogy are the best.

I like watching movie in DVD. Although sometimes I also watch in cinema, but still, watching movies in your own house is more relaxing.

The best way to watch DVD is by using plasma or LCD television. The picture will has best quality. You will find yourself in the movie. Audio is also plays important part. Using great sound system will make you find cinema in your own house.

Gubernur Bank Indonesia akan segera mengeluarkan uang pecahan Rp. 2000,- dalam bentuk uang kertas.

Uang ini akan menjadi uang genap paling kecil dalam bentuk kertas.

Hal ini dikarenakan uang Rp.1000,- akan dibentuk dalam bentuk koin.

Bukankah memang sudah ada ya uang koin Rp.1000,-?

Dan jujur, saya tidak terlalu suka menggunakan uang koin itu.

Mungkin karena besar dan lebih berat dibanding uang koin Rp.500,-.

Lalu kira-kira pemerintah akan memilih gambar apa ya untuk uang Rp.2000,-?

Lutung? Waung? Beruk?

Medical Assistant

Medical is an interesting subject in my opinion. That is why I choose medical as my future plans. Yes, I am in 5th years of medical college. I have my degree but not yet my medical doctor degree.

In medical we can learn a lot of things. We can learn many interesting subjects. You can learn from a single microbiology cells, its anatomic, its function, and how its work to a human as an individual.

Human has many things to learn. After cells, there are tissue, organs, organ system, and then human. We can see that a single cells has many knowledge to offer.

Being a doctor is different than being a medical assistant. To be a medical assistant is a lot easier than being a medical doctor. But no worry, this job is requires skill to learn. So it is not easy as it looks.

So are you interested to join medical assistant schools? Even the United States Department of Labor acknowledge this job. Medical assistant job is more and more growing faster than other job. There are many job opportunities for medical assistant. Even you can learn online from your home to be a medical assistant!

Indoor Cycling is Boring?

Indoor cycling is one alternative to do aerobic exercise.

I have told you other aerobic exercises.

Indoor cycling can be boring sometimes.

It is when you have nothing to do beside cycling, so your concentration focused on cycling.

So my suggestion, when you do indoor cycling, make sure you do things you liked. For example, watching TV, watching exciting movie, or listening music.

I am even had playing Playstation games while cycling.

I am sure that you will not think that indoor cycling is a boring execises again.

Ada sebuah anekdot yang menyatakan, apabila ada 1 foto rontgen yang diberi kepada 10 orang dokter spesialis radiologi, maka yang keluar adalah 11 pembacaan foto.

Koq bisa?

Bisa aja, karena pembacaan foto itu bisa bersifat subyektif.

Terkadang ada hal-hal yang luput dari penglihatan seorang ahli radiologi.

Mungkin untuk kasus yang mudah seperti, TBC, Bronkhitis, Pneumonia, mereka akan punya kesamaan dalam mendeskripsikan foto tersebut.

Tapi untuk kasus yang sulit mungkin berbeda.

Makanya dalam dunia kedokteran pemeriksaan radiologi hanya sebagai pemeriksaan penunjang. Hanya sebagai pelengkap disamping anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik.

Jadi keputusan diagnosa dan terapi ada pada dokter yang menangani pasien tersebut.

Smallville Season 7

A few days ago I watched the last episode of Smallville's season 7.

At first I thought that season 7 was the last episode of Smallville.

I thought the series was already too long.

Usually series which is too long will destroy the story its self. (For Indonesian, remember "Tersanjung"?)

Okay, Clark already graduated from High School, not clear whether he finished his college or not, and this was the perfect time to end the series.

The series plot was to tell about Clark Kent not the red-blue-suit Superman.

But I was wrong, the series doesn't stop in season 7.

The last episode of season 7 tells when Lex Luthor succeeded in made his way to the fortress and put the savior stone. The stone light came to Clark's body which made him powerless and made the fortress crumble.

The producer said that there will be season 8, and season 8 won't be the last.

Well guess that we have to wait to see Clark Kent fly in the sky.
