Digitial Rectal Examination

Digitial Rectal Examination / Rectal Tusse is an examination for checking your pelvis or lower belly. Usually it is done in male to check the prostate. Female digitial rectal examination is for gynaecologic examination.

The examination is preformed with a glove and with the help of jelly.

Yang namanya Koas, pasti seneng kalau pasien nyapa "pagi dok", "permisi dok", "terimakasih ya dok", dsb.. Yaah.. walaupun mungkin ada juga koas yang biasa aja. Tapi rata2 pada seneng kalau dipanggil "dokter" walaupun belum dokter beneran. Bisa jadi motivasi tambahan malah.

Tapi ada kalanya koas dipanggil panggilan lain, mulai dari "mas/mbak", "suster", atau apalah..

Tadi pagi waktu saya follow up seorang pasien, saya bertanya "dokternya udah visite belum pak?"

Bapak itu pun menjawab, "mana.. ga pernah.. paling cuma ASISTEN - nya aja" (sambil melihat ke arah saya.

Yahhh... Mungkin memang bener si baru asisten yang belajar.. Tapi tatapannya ga usah merendahkan gitu ya pak.. (T_T)

Makan Jeruk di Angkutan Umum

Anda pernah makan di angkutan umum?



Pasti pernah, minimal sekali, yah kecuali untuk anda yang tidak pernah naik angkutan umum.



Saya juga sering makan di angkutan umum. Mulai dari makan nasi bekal pas jaman kuliah dulu, makan roti, makan siomay pakai nasi, makan siomay ga pakai nasi, dsb.



Tapi ada 1 makanan yang menurut saya, aneh buat dimakan di angkutan umum.



JERUK!



Orang yang makan jeruk itu cenderung buat nyampah di dalam angkutan umum tersebut, kulit dan bijinya langsung dibuang ke bawah tempat duduk.



1 hal yang sangat mengganggu saya adalah ketika jeruk pertama kali dibuka.



Bau-nya itu bikin mabok. Lain halnya kalau makan jeruk di rumah, atau di restoran, atau di mana lah. Yang pasti bukan di angkutan umum, di mana bukan dia saja yang naik di situ.
