Creed

One of the band I miss the most from the early 2000's era is Creed. A few days ago suddenly there is some lyrics from Creed's song pop into my head..


Although I would like our world to change
It helps me to appreciate
Those nights and those dreams
But, my friend, I'd sacrifice all those nights
If I could make the Earth and my dreams the same
The only difference is
To let love replace all our hate


It is pitiful that this band was already disbanded. They were officially disbanded in 2004. Creed was formed from 1995. So 9 years, 3 albums with great songs. Creed won many awards during their glorious days.

I remember when Fred Durst told the press that Creed just an simple band pretended that they were always in God ways (I don't know the right word to describe it). But I think he's just jealous because when Creed was arise, Limp Bizkit was fell from the chart.

The other former Creed members, aside from Scott Stapp, form Alter Bridge. The Alter Bridge's vocalist Myles Kennedy has more melodic voice than Stapp, but still, if I am asked to choose, I choose Creed's song.

Still up high I'm strong enough to take these dreams

Masih suka pada nonton acara parodi pemerintahan kita di tv ga? Sekarang kan pecah tuh, ada yang di AnTV ada juga yang di TvOne.. Pemain2nya pada mencar2.. Ada juga pemain baru yang menggantikan tokoh lama yang di stasiun tv satunya masih diperankan oleh pemain lama..

Entah mengapa ya.. Lawakannya jadi garing semua...

Cerita Hari Ini

Alkisah hari ini ada sepasang koas (namanya sepasang berarti muda dan mudi) yang ingin menghabiskan waktu di bulan puasa yang penuh hikmah ini..

Koas yang muda, sebut saja Ij, mengusulkan untuk menonton film di mall dekat kampus mereka.. Koas yang mudi, sebut saja If, mengiyakan ajakan itu.. Mereka pun pergi ke mall yang dekat kampus tersebut tanpa tahu ada film apa saja..

Sesampainya di bioskop, apa daya, ternyata belum ada Hell Boy 2, alias film lokal semua, yang terdiri dari 2 film komedi yang belum jelas murahan apa tidak dan 2 film horor yang belum jelas seram atau tidak.. Setelah dirembuk, akhirnya mereka memutuskan menonton film horor produksi lokal tersebut..

Selesai menonton, Ij punya beberapa pertanyaan yang masih menggantung yang bingung mau ditanyakan kepada siapa..

1. Mengapa ada setan di siang hari bolong?
2. Mengapa di rumah para jagoannya lampunya remang2 semua?
3. Mengapa walaupun abis ngeliat setan tapi aktivitas tetap terus berlanjut, bukannya kabur?
4. Mengapa jagoannya mati semua?
5. Mengapa udah tau bo'ongan, film2 kayak gini tetep aja serem?
6. Mengapa oh mengapa???
