1. Know who you’re dealing with. If the seller or charity is unfamiliar, check with your state or local consumer protection agency and the Better Business Bureau. Some Web sites have feedback forums, which can provide useful information about other people’s experiences with particular sellers. Get the physical address and phone number in case there is a problem later.

2. Look for information about how complaints are handled. It can be difficult to resolve complaints, especially if the seller or charity is located in another country. Look on the Web site for information about programs the company or organization participates in that require it to meet standards for reliability and help to handle disputes.

3. Be aware that no complaints is no guarantee. Fraudulent operators open and close quickly, so the fact that no one has made a complaint yet doesn’t meant that the seller or charity is legitimate. You still need to look for other danger signs of fraud.

4. Don’t believe promises of easy money. If someone claims that you can earn money with little or no work, get a loan or credit card even if you have bad credit, or make money on an investment with little or no risk, it’s probably a scam.

5. Understand the offer. A legitimate seller will give you all the details about the products or services, the total price, the delivery time, the refund and cancellation policies, and the terms of any warranty. Which One do You Choose?

Which one do you choose, External HardDisk or Internal HardDisk used as external? There are some parts which can differ it..

Internal HardDisk is heavier, larger but the price is cheaper.. It is cheaper to buy internal harddisk and make it external.. But the life-long is shorter than External HD, and it is more sensitive in every way..


External HD on the other hand, is smaller, more compact, but it is more expensive.. The data that storage in External HD is more guaranteed than in Internal HD used as external..

Mungkin halte busway, jembatan busway dan bus nya itu sendiri bisa mempunyai fungsi lain selain transportasi.. Fungsi yang saya maksud adalah : sebagai tempat reuni.. Bagaimana tidak, begitu banyak orang di Jakarta ini yang menggunakan nya sebagai sarana transportasi..

Berbeda dengan saya.. Yang masih menjadi ko-ass.. Salah 1 efek positif dari bertemu teman lama adalah setiap kali bertemu dengan teman saya yang sudah bekerja, gairah saya meluap2 untuk serius belajar..

Kejang Demam a.k.a. Febrile Convulsion

Presentasi Case saya yang pertama dalam stase pediatry ini adalah mengenai anak dengan keluhan kejang dan demam 1 jam sebelum masuk rumah sakit.. Ini datanya..

Pasien anak perempuan 3 tahun, TB 89 cm, BB 12 kg, datang dengan keluhan kejang dan demam 1 jam sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Kejang berlangsung 10 menit, kedua tangan dan kaki menyentak-nyentak dan kedua mata mendelik ke atas. Setelah kejang pasien lemas namun masih sadar. Bangkitan kejang merupakan yang ke-3. Sebelumnya pasien pernah kejang tanpa demam pada umur 1 tahun 6 bulan dan kejang demam pada umur 2 tahun 11 bulan. Tidak ada riwayat kejang dalam keluarga pasien. Pasien tidak batuk – pilek dan tidak ada keluhan BAB dan BAK..

Keadaan Umum : Tampak Sakit Sedang

Kesadaran : Somnolent

Tanda Vital

Frekuensi Nadi : 130x/ menit

Frekuensi Nafas : 60x/ menit

Suhu Tubuh : 37.7oC

Faring : Hiperemis

Cor, Pulmo, dan Abdomen tidak ada kelainan


Hasil Lab pada Hari pertama pemeriksaan :

Leukosit : 8.500 /uL
Hb : *10.5 gr/dL
Ht : *33.4 %
Trombosit : 360.000 /mm3
LED : 7 mm/1 Jam
Basofil : -
Eosinofil : 2 %
Batang : 3 %
Segmen : 70 %
Limfosit : 20 %
Monosit : 2 %


Nah, berdasarkan hasil di atas saya agak sedikit ragu untuk menentukan apakah dia kejang demam atau epilepsi.. Kriteria kejang demam adalah sbb :

1. Umur anak ketika kejang antara 6 bulan – 4 tahun.
2. Kejang berlangsung hanya sebentar tidak lebih dari 15 menit.
3. Kejang bersifat umum.
4. Kejang timbul dalam 16 jam pertama setelah timbulnya demam.
5. Pemeriksaan saraf sebelum dan sesudah kejang normal.
6. Fruekensi bangkitan kejang dalam 1 tahun tidak lebih dari 4 kali .
7. EEG setelah sedikitnya 1 minggu sesudah suhu normal tidak menunjukkan kelainan.

Pada anak di atas belum dilakukan EEG..

Di salah 1 literature yang saya baca, ada tertulis kalimat "apabila pasien pernah kejang tanpa demam, maka bila ia dikemudian hari kejang dengan demam, maka tidak termasuk kejang demam.."..

Sedangkan di literature yang lain saya membaca bahwa definisi epilepsi adalah kejang yang tidak terprovokasi yang berlangsung 2 kali atau lebih dalam interval waktu lebih dari 24 jam..

Kedua hal di atas membuat saya bingung mau menjadikan apa diagnosa kerja pada pasien ini.. Atau memang dia mengalami epilepsi yang terprovokasi demam (ada di text book anak u.i. yang jadul itu..)

Ternyata.. Yang terbaru ialah epilepsi yang terprovokasi demam sudah tidak berlaku lagi..

Maka saya dengan mantab mendiagnosa anak ini mengalami kejang demam..
