Yup.. Here is the teaser for the upcoming album.. This teaser had been broadcasted in the US network a few days ago..

Remember Guns n' Roses latest upcoming album? Chinese Democracy? The album which if really comes out is the most expensive album ever?

Yeah, there is another news that said the album will comes out in Nov, 23rd. Let's not put up big expectation anyhow.


More than a decade after its conception, Guns N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy" will finally see the light of day before year's end, sources close to the situation confirm to Billboard. As first reported here, the set will be a Best Buy exclusive and will be available Sunday, Nov. 23, rather than the usual Tuesday.

Beyond enticing pre-Thanksgiving shoppers, the move is tied to the structure of Best Buy's sales week, which runs from Sunday to Saturday. As such, "Chinese Democracy" would not be eligible to chart on The Billboard 200 until the week of Dec. 1, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

In the run-up to release date, album track "Shackler's Revenge" will debut in the video game "Rock Band 2," while a portion of "If the World" is playing over the end credits in the new Leonardo DiCaprio/Russell Crowe film "Body of Lies."

In addition, GNR's seminal 1987 debut, "Appetite for Destruction," will be reissued on vinyl on Oct. 28 via Interscope.

The band's last new studio albums were the simultaneously released "Use Your Illusion I" and "II" in September 1991. A covers set, "The Spaghetti Incident?," followed in 1993, and featured some of the last GNR recordings from original guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan.

This spring, soft drink manufacturer Dr Pepper offered to send a free can of the beverage to "everyone in America" (excluding ex-GNR members Slash and Buckethead) if "Chinese Democracy" were to arrive anytime during the calendar year 2008.

"We're waiting to hear about 'Chinese Democracy' just like all the other GNR fans," Dr Pepper VP of marketing Tony Jacobs tells Billboard. "But if the rumors are true, we're putting the Dr Pepper on ice."

Another Night Shift

Tonight is another night shift for me.. (sigh..) Well, sometime it is fun but sometime it is not..

Night shift in the pediatric stage is all night in the ward.. It is exceptional when a kid is dying and must be taken in ICU..

My first big stage is in surgery stage.. The night shift in there is all day and night in the Emergency Room.. We have a minimum times to sleep.. And there's always something to do..


My point is.. A human never can be satisfied! Ha!

Cacar? Oh tidak..

Jadi begini.. Kami 1 kelompok dalam stase pediatry/anak terdiri dari 11 orang.. 10 orang tidak hamil dan 1 orang hamil.. 9 orang telah kena cacar/varisela dalam perjalanan hidupnya, termasuk koas hamil..

Sedangkan saya dan 1 orang senior saya belum pernah terkena cacar.. Kira2 2 mingguan yang lalu masuk seorang a-b-g perempuan, 13 tahun, yang terkena cacar..

Yang jadi pertanyaan..

"Lho?? Cacar?? dirawat??" Mungkin yang jd pemikiran cacarnya sudah sampai stadium gawat..

Tp ternyata si a-b-g itu baik2 saja.. Alasannya dirawat karena tak mau makan.. Halah... Manja..


Dan kini.. kurang lebih 13 hari kemudian.. Senior saya itu positif terkena cacar.. Masa inkubasi varisela ialah 13-17 hari rata2nya..

Dan saya??



Kita liat saja beberapa hari ke depan... (T_T)

Ujian buat Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil..

Settingnya malam hari saat saya jaga di bangsal anak.. :-D



Malam terasa makin larut dan mata mulai mengantuk.. Sebenarnya boleh2 aja si tidur.. Tapi baru jam setengah sepuluh malam.. Ada rasa berdosa kalau koas yang jaga malam tidur jam segitu..

Lalu terdengar salah seorang perawat, sebut saja M, memanggil "mas.. bawa kamus ga?"

"Enggak mbak..", "Buat apa?"..

"Buat belajar.."

Dalam hati mikir... " Ngapain juga ya gw bawa kamus ke rumah sakit.."



Saya pun iseng melihat M.. "Ngapain si mbak?"..


"Ini.. ngerjain soal.."


Ternyata itu adalah kumpulan soal Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil tahun lalu (2007).. M pun akhirnya bosan dengan soal2 tersebut dan meninggalkannya di meja perawat..


Saya pun iseng melihat.. Seperti apa si soalnya.. Ternyata.. Itu soal yang bisa dibilang anak SMP-SMA pun bisa mengerjakannya..


Walau begitu... Sepertinya saya dan anda semua akan kesulitan mengerjakannya.. Karena soal2nya terdiri dari soal2 jaman sekolah dulu..

Ada beberapa bagian..

1. Sejarah --> Contoh pertanyaannya, "Apa sebab perang Paderi?", "Perundingan di bawah ini mana yang terjadi pada masa ... "


Jawabannya... LUPA..


2. Scolastik --> Ini maksudnya ada yang matematik dan logika gitu.. Matematiknya juga ribet.. Lupa rumusnya..

3. Bahasa Inggris --> Ya... gimana ya?

4. Bahasa Indonesia --> Inget soal2 bahasa Indonesia jaman dulu yang dengan kalimat2 panjang?

5. Tata Negara --> Pertanyaan tentang pasal2 yang saya sama sekali ga inget ditambah bukannya banyak pasal udah berubah yah?


dan masih ada beberapa lagi..


Saya pun mikir.. M yang perawat aja harus ngerjain soal itu untuk jadi PNS.. berarti saya kalau mau jadi dokter yang juga PNS mesti ngerjain soal itu juga dooong???

My Father's Brother

A few days ago I was told that my uncle is died.. He was died in sleep and found out later by his oldest child, which is my cousin.. He was 59 years old and my father is 2 years older.. I think he had heart attack during sleeping..

My uncle was an easy going person.. He didn't like to think matters seriously.. He was a smoking addict.. He also had hypertension, which I can said that it was uncontrolled.. He didn't take hypertension pills regularly.. This situation made him got a heart attack a few years before.. After that he promised never to smoked again.. And he fulfilled his promise..

My uncle is so much different from my father.. If my father was a serious, unpatienced, and emotional person, then my uncle is the opposite.. He liked to told and made jokes..
