Beberapa hari yang lalu saya dan cici pergi ke sebuah pameran buku yang juga bersebelahan dengan pameran komputer dan game.. Kalo pergi ke pameran buku, tujuan saya cuma 2 :
1. Nyari majalah2 Men's Health bekas dengan harga miring
2. Nyari komik2 bekas dengan harga miring
Untuk poin no. 1, itu ga pernah ada.. Nah untuk poin no. 2, saya melihat ada sebuah stand bertuliskan "menjual komik bekas paketan".. Dengan hati gembira saya pun menghampiri stand tersebut.. Maksud hati mau nyari komik kungfu boy 1-21 dan new kungfuboy 1- ga tau..
Kebetulan di stand tersebut ada komik new kungfuboy, lumayan banyak serinya.. tapi ga ada harganya..
Di dekat situ juga ada komik "Kenji".. Saya ingat komik ini adalah komik jaman saya SD dulu, 1-21, harganya juga masih 3000-3300 perak..
Nah di situ juga menjual komik kenji 1-21 dengan kondisi 60% lah.. dengan harga Rp.250.000,-
Hayo siapa mau beli??? (Jadi males mikir itu new kungfu boy dijual berapa..)

Wanna Know Steroid's Effect?

These effects include harmful changes in cholesterol levels (increased low-density lipoprotein and decreased high-density lipoprotein), acne, high blood pressure, liver damage, and dangerous changes in the structure of the left ventricle of the heart.
There are also athletes that use anabolic steroid to gain weight and potential advantage in competitive sports. Fortunately, all major sporting bodies have banned the use of it.

Nonton Bioskop
Kemarin saya nonton bersama cici.. Kami bingung memutuskan akan nonton apa.. Bingung mau nonton Quantum of Solace atau film Indonesia.. Karena saya beberapa kali sudah "memaksa" cici nonton film action yang saya suka, maka kali ini saya memilih nonton film Indonesia satu itu..
Audience dari film ini berbeda dengan film2 yang pernah saya tonton dengan cici sebelumnya.. Yaitu dipenuhi oleh anak2 baru gede yang berisik..
Di sebelah kanan saya duduk seorang abg perempuan bertubuh besar.. Ketika ia mengetahui bahwa di film tersebut ada the Changcuters.. Ia pun berkata "aaaaaa.... the Changcuteeerss...." sambil bergaya "gemas"... "aaaa sukaaa... the Changcuteeerrrssss..."

Trophies are a symbol that used by people as a great achievement. The achievement is can be in any field. For example is in the office. In office, there are a department that controlled the employees. The department's job is to manage the employees and their work. They take a look who is has the highest achievement for the month, who is the best employee of the month, and things like that. That kind of things can make work situation have more and more work spirit. If the best employee is found, the the department will give corporate awards for his or her. His or her achievement can be a motivator for the others.
Trophies also can be representated in sports. Well, I will say that every sports or every competitive things have trophies. Soccer is the most famous sport in the world. Almost every countries have sport as their main sport, beside the United States. the highest sport competition in Europe is the Champions League. All European clubs fight to get the trophy to fill their soccer trophies room. In United States, football trophies are more popular.

Senam Yuukk...
Di rumah sakit tempat saya koas sekarang, ada 1 hal yang membedakan dengan rumah sakit - rumah sakit lain, yaitu setiap Selasa dan Jumat ada acara senam/aerobik pagi..
Saya sebenernya dari dulu sudah punya hasrat buat ikut senam, bosen latian kardio dengan sepeda statis atau lari.. Dan mumpung di sini jadi saya memanfaatkan betul fasilitas ini..
Jadwal work-out saya pun berubah untuk 10 minggu ini (siklus anak itu adalah siklus mayor, jadi 10 minggu lamanya), yaitu 3 hari untuk weight-lifting dan 2 hari untuk kardio.. 2 hari untuk kardio itu saya isi dengan senam pagi di rumah sakit..
Awal2 baru masuk ada teman saya yang berkata "Aaaaahhh... Males banget ni besok pake ada acara senam segala..."
Saya pun berkata "Iya ni... maless.... repot lagi, udahannya mesti mandi, ganti baju..."
Padahal hati saya mengatakan lain.. "Asiiikkk... besok senam... gapapa deh mesti mandi lagi... pokoknya I love Work-Out!!!"
Hehe,,
Jadi makanya tak heran kalau pas senam pagi ke RSAL Mintohardjo trus melihat ada cowok dengan gerakan senam yang hot maka ada kemungkinan itu saya.. (soalnya selain saya ada juga beberapa mas2 yang senamnya juga semangat..)
Cici pun berkata...
"Koko Lebay deeeehhh....." (maksudnya senamnya berlebihan)
dan saya pun menjawab "Boleh dong ci.. Mumpung di sini.."

Btw, cici pas senam keliatan ayu... :-)
Ntar kita bikin usaha aerobic aja yuk kalau udah married..
