Valentine Card

A friend of mine ask whether I must go with my girl in the Valentine's day. I asked him back. He told me it will be a special day.

I answered "nope", then I explained it to him from my religious view without offended him.

Luckily, he can accepted the answer.

Hmmmm...

Hmmm... Kapan ya burger kayak gini ada di Indonesia.. Masa' di Amerika doang...


Bahkan warga Palestina aja berkata "Kami benci kebijakan Amerika, tapi kami suka makanannya.." ketika ditanya kenapa dia makan burger..

Remove Kidney through Vagina?

The normal procedure if you want to remove the kidney because of any cause, you remove it by make incisions from the lateral abdomen.

Actually the procedure, transvaginal kidney removals, have been done before to remove cancerous or nonfunctioning kidneys, and other diseased organs have also been removed through mouths and other orifices. Many donated kidneys are removed laparoscopically, through small keyhole incisions.

This procedure reduces pain, scarring and recovery time.

The negative side, vagina is a dirty organ. My consulent often called it a "zoo". You can have many bacteries in it. There is the risk of infection having the kidney passing through a contaminated area and then going to another patient who is immunocompromised.

Saya diberi tahu oleh teman satu stase saya bahwa pernah ada KLB (Kejadian Luar Biasa) demam berdarah dengue di RSUD Koja. Saat itu semua staf rumah sakit baik dokter, perawat, dan koas menjadi sibuk. Termasuk para koas anestesi juga dikerahkan untuk membantu.

Karena itu ujian akhir kepaniteraan klinik anestesi ditiadakan dan semua lulus.

Pikiran saya langsung jadi jahat..
