Transformer 2 : Revenge of The Fallen

This is the sequel of 2007 Transformers movie. The casts are still the same, Shia LaBeouf as Sam Witwicky, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, etc. The director is still Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg is still the executive producer.

The story goes after Megatron was defeated in the first movie. So, long time ago there were Decepticons too on earth. There was a secret weapon for made Decepticons stronger. In this movie, Megatron and the gangs are back. There was a scene when Optimus Prime die. Well, you have to watch it by your self to know the story.

In my opinion, Transformers : Revenge of the Fallen is not as great as the prequel. Maybe there are more robots and actions. But it has lost the chemistry. What do you think?

I like to build a house someday. It will be my own house. The house will made with my design and my choices of home products. I like to have a country-modern style of house. It doesn't matter whether the house located in the city or in the suburbs.

If I am the architect, then I can make the house of my dream becomes true. I will choose the best products for my house. There are many important side of the house which we must focused when we started building the house from zero. We want to make it perfect right? After all, we are gonna live forever there.

Is Sugar the New Health Food Craze?

High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) isn’t much different metabolically than table sugar. Table sugar (sucrose) is comprised of 50% glucose and 50% fructose. Fructose, as compared to glucose, is digested differently because glucose is absorbed in the upper intestine into the bloodstream, whereas fructose is metabolized in the liver first, and then gets into the bloodstream. While fructose is thought to reduce the blood sugar response after eating it, there is evidence that it may promote fatty liver, which leads to a whole host of metabolic issues.

The type of high-fructose corn syrup used in the US food supply is referred HFCS55 (55% fructose; 45% sucrose). Metabolically, the difference of 5% fructose from table sugar to HFCS cannot be the culprit in our nation’s expanding waistline.

Recent studies have suggested that HFCS now represents more than 40% of the sweetener market and is the number-one sweetener used in soft drinks. A very conservative estimate is that we consume, on average, 145 pounds of sweeteners per year—or about 130 calories just from HFCS each day!

Dalam kenyataannya, terbalik. Peringkat-2 diduduki oleh Mega-Pro dan 3 diduduki oleh JK-Win. Walaupun hasil pemilu masih belum dapat dipastikan, kecil rasanya kans para peringkat 2 dan 3 itu untuk naik menjadi no.1.

Yang pasti, kubu Mega-Pro pasti mengajukan tuntutan pemilu curang lah, ini lah, itu lah... Maklum, hasrat memimpin yang sudah tak tertahan..
