Unpolite Patient

Jadi begini ceritanya, td ada pasien yang bener2 ga sopan. Hari ini saya bertugas di BP umum di Puskesmas Kelurahan, di situ seperti BP umum di puskesmas lainnya, ada pengobatan dan pengecekan untuk membuat surat sehat.

Tadi ada seorang pasien berusia 42 tahun yang ingin membuat Surat Keterangan Sehat untuk melamar pekerjaan. Pasien tersebut dengan TB : 172 cm, BB : 101 kg, kalau diitung2, secara BMI dia obesitas. Yang jadi masalah ialah tekanan darah nya = 140/100 mmHg. Puskesmas tidak bisa mengeluarkan Surat Keterangan Sehat untuk tekanan darah sistol 140 mmHg. SOP nya, Standard Operation Procedure, pasien tersebut diberikan obat terlebih dahulu.

Saya pun menanyakan obat apa yang biasa diminum. Dia pun menjawab beberapa merk paten obat hipertensi yang menurut saya cukup bonafit. Saya pun enggan memberikan obat puskesmas dimana yang tersedia hanya Captopril, Nifedipin, HCT, dan obat generik lainnya.

Pasien tersebut memastikan : "Jadi saya bisa dapat suratnya tidak?"

Saya pun meng-tidakkan.

Dia lalu berkata dengan nada sinis setengah menyuruh "Dikordinasikan ke depan, saya mau uangnya balik" kemudian keluar tanpa berkata2 lagi sambil membuka pintu dengan kasar.

Yah, menurut saya, bapak tersebut sudah ke beberapa tempat untuk meminta surat keterangan sehat, tapi tidak mendapatkan karena tekanan darahnya tinggi. Saya pun pasti akan frustasi jika mencari pekerjaan di usia 42 tahun dan belum bisa mendapatkan Surat Keterangan Sehat.

In my opinion, jogging is more useful than running. Almost everybody can do jogging. Older people can't do running. It is dangerous for them, so jogging is more suitable.

My Playstation2

Hmmm... Mungkin saya termasuk orang yg telat main PS2 ya? Saya baru punya ini sekitar tahun 2006-an. Pergantian PS 1 menjadi PS 2 saya terjadi karena waktu ini, lupa semester berapa di fakultas kedokteran, nilai IP saya cukup lumayan tinggi buat ukuran saya, bahkan kalo diinget2 saat itulah IP saya tertinggi selama 4 tahun menjadi S.Ked.

Dan seperti anak muda kebanyakan, main PS2 pun sempat menjadi rutinitas keseharian saya, sampe ketika saya mulai koas. Main ps pun merupakan hal yang amat sangat jarang sekali. Pernah saya bener2 ga nyentuh PS2 saya selama berbulan2. Bukannya sok sibuk, ga ada waktu, waktunya dipakai buat belajar,dsb.. tp males! Mendingan saya nge-blog, browsing, dll..

Sampai akhirnya saya iseng2 mulai main lagi, game yang dulu pernah saya mainkan, Suikoden V. Disitu baru saya tahu kalau optik PS saya sudah lemah. Dan saya bawa mainan lama saya tersebut ke service terdekat dan diputuskan untuk ganti plastik yang kuning2 itu dan optiknya sekalian. Penggantian tersebut setelah nego dikenakan Rp.210.000,-

Kemahalan ga ya??

Yup, There is a problem with my yahoo mail if I open it from mobile phone. The sign in page always comes out even though I put my address differently.

Anybody knows why? It is so disturbing because I can't open my mail via cell phone..
