Delicious!

The food in front of you maybe delicious, but watch out for the ingredients! If you buy "easy-cook-alike" food, then read the labels closely.

You better watch out for :

1) Sodium nitrite -- causes cancer, found in processed meats like hot dogs, bacon, sausage. Used to make meats appear red (a color fixer chemical).

2) Hydrogenated oils -- causes heart disease, nutritional deficiencies, general deterioration of cellular health, and much more. Found in cookies, crackers, margarine and many "manufactured" foods. Used to make oils stay in the food, extending shelf life. Sometimes also called "plastic fat."

3) Excitotoxins -- aspartame, monosodium glutamate and others (see below). These neurotoxic chemical additives directly harm nerve cells, over-exciting them to the point of cell death, according to Dr. Russell Blaylock. They're found in diet soda, canned soup, salad dressing, breakfast sausage and even many manufactured vegetarian foods. They're used to add flavor to over-processed, boring foods that have had the life cooked out of them.

Where do you live? I live in the east part of my town. You can contact me if you want to know more. I will give you my exact address. I will give you my house number of the street I live in. Yes, number is very important. Make sure that house has the right address sign . If you want to look up somebody address, it is better you have the exact address or you will be lost. If you lost, maybe you can ask, but what if the person whom you ask know less than you do? It will be a big problem. Especially if your visit that day is very important.

Address plaques is so important. My advice for you out there, make sure your own home has the right address signs . It will benefit you in every way. You won't have late monthly mail. You won't have your important letter goes up to other people house, worst case scenario, you don't know that people. You can try to make the plaque looks good by put it on the spot where everybody have the clear view. Make sure to use bright color. It will hasten people to look to your house.

Keep in Shape After Fatty Meal

Yup, Eid Mubarak had gone, the party was over, but the foods have destroy your diet. You have to put efforts to make your six-pack "come-out" again. There are some info you can read.

Scientists have revealed that exercising right after eating a meal high in fat content may help people keep in shape.

Max Lafontan and his team examined how fat breaks down in both lean and obese individuals who exercised after either fasting or eating a high-fat diet.

They found that when either a lean person or an obese individual exercise after having a meal of high fat content, their fats break down and get oxidized in the skeletal muscle, which makes them healthier.

The researchers observed that fats break down both in lean and obese individuals, after eating a high-fat diet.

How do you lose weight without dieting? The solution is twofold:
1. Eat appropriate portions of whatever foods trigger your taste buds.
2. Eat to fuel your body - not for comfort, entertainment or diversion from life's burdens.
