I Need Breakfast!

I have never start my day without breakfast. Well, almost I think. Breakfast is so important for me. Even with breakfast, I am starting to feel hungry again 2-3 hours after eat it. So I can't imagine what will I be if I skip my breakfast.
Any breakfast is better than no breakfast, but try not to have doughnuts or pastries all the time. They're high in calories, sugar, and fat. And if you have a doughnut for breakfast, you won't feel full for long.
Just like with other meals, try to eat a variety of foods, including:
* grains (breads and cereals)
* protein (meats, beans, and nuts)
* fruits and vegetables
* milk, cheese, and yogurt
Eating breakfast reduces your hunger later in the day, making it easier to avoid overeating. When you skip breakfast, you may feel ravenous later and be tempted to reach for a quick fix, such as candy from the vending machine. In addition, prolonged fasting — which occurs when you skip breakfast — can increase your body's insulin response, which in turn increases fat storage and weight gain. In fact, skipping breakfast actually increases your risk of obesity.

Let's Eat Fruit : The Benefits
Eating fruit is a must for our body. Fruit contains many vitamins and minerals which our body needed. So, it is the best that you put fruit in your eating schedule everyday.
Fruit is one of the most healthy and natural foods in existence. There are thousands of different types of fruit available to eat, all of which provide us with strong health benefits. Fruit contains a large number of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and plant phytochemicals that help benefit health. It has also been shown that eating the whole fruit or juice is best to gain the benefits rather than taking supplements to provide each nutrient separately.
These days our bodies need more vitamins and minerals than ever before. This is because we work longer hours, are exposed to more toxic fumes from pollution and are under more stress than we used to be. Eating fruit every day is a simple way of providing your body with these nutrients to ensure you are well equipped to deal with the stresses of daily life, and possibly protect you from illnesses in the future.
Nutrients should come primarily from foods. Foods such as fruits and vegetables contain not only the vitamins and minerals that are often found in supplements, but also other naturally occurring substances that may help protect you from chronic diseases.
As daily consumption of fruit is fast being recognized as a vital component to maintaining a healthy body and enjoying an active lifestyle, it makes sense to understand the "science" behind the health benefits of fruit. Recent studies have indicated that the antioxidants in fruit provide a whole host of health benefits: the anti-aging power of blueberries and the joint pain relieving properties found in cherries are two.

Laugh is the Best Cure

Don't be stress out. A simple cartoon can make you laugh and forget all your stress. Even an end-stage cancer patient can have en joyful last days of his or her life if he or she smile and laugh during the days.
"The art of medicine consists of keeping the patient amused while nature heals the disease." (Voltaire)
The body’s healing system responds favorably to positive attitudes, thoughts, moods, and emotions (e.g., to love, hope, optimism, caring, intimacy, joy, laughter, and humor), and negatively to negative ones (hate, hopelessness, pessimism, indifference, anxiety, depression, loneliness, etc.). So you want to organize your life to maintain as positive a focus as possible.
Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.
