Chocolate is delicious, always. But the question is : Is it healthy? If you ask me then I will answer : "Depend". Yes, it is depend to the type of the chocolate. Some said that the most healthy chocolate is dark chocolate.

You need to look at these things at the label :

Percentage of cocoa: The amount of cocoa can vary from 10 percent to as high as 94. Generally, the more cocoa, the more flavanols, although processing methods can lower flavanol levels. Aim for a bar with a minimum of 35 percent cocoa.

Calories: Most chocolates contain 220 to 280 calories per 42 grams, or about 1.5 ounces, so eat sparingly.

Ingredients list: Quality chocolate is made with cocoa butter and milk fat. If vegetable oil or hydrogenated oil is included, skip it.

Fat content: Look for zero trans fat. Total fat can be as high as 20 grams per serving because the more cocoa in a bar, the more fat it will contain.

Skin Problems


Skin is the outer organ of our body. Skin also the largest organ of our body. That is why we must always take care of our skin. Skin plays an Important role in our life.

There are many kinds of skin problems. One of them is seborrheic dermatitis . Seborrheic dermatitis is a common condition that makes the skin look greasy, scaly and flaky. It is mainly affects the scalp, causing scaly, itchy, red skin and stubborn dandruff.

Peanut Nutrition

White Castle Burger



Recently, I have just watched the "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle". The film was about how both of the Asian dude craved for the burgers. This movie makes me want to taste the burger. Unfortunately, there is no White Castle in my country! Burgers are not healthy. But you always can eat one once in a while.
