I am searching the latest of both Guns n' Roses and Slash solo project news, and found out that finally Guns n' Roses had their promotional tour for the 2008 album. So long huh?! Whatever,, at least their go trying something for the promotional stuffs.

SLASH (Universal Music Canada), will release on April 6 and features an all-star roster of guest musicians including Ian Astbury, Chris Cornell, Rocco DeLuca, Fergie, Dave Grohl, Myles Kennedy, Kid Rock, Lemmy Kilmeister, Adam Levine of Maroon 5, Duff McKagan, M. Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold, Ozzy Osbourne, Iggy Pop, and Stockdale of Wolfmother.

I just wake up in the morning with an empty stomach. To be honest, making this post makes me so hungry! I want pizza!!!!

Anyway, maybe you have heard that eating pizza is not healthy. Is it true? Or eating pizza is, in some way, healthy?

A slice of pizza has more than 350 calories and people don’t feel happy with a single slice and a hungry person eats at least four slices. Two or three slices complete the maximum calories one has to take in a day. The cheese that we see on a pizza makes up most of the calories it provide. Eating pizza is not a bad idea if it just has the calories. But a pizza provides fats and saturated fats besides giving calories.

Contrary to popular belief, pizza can be a very healthy food. Originating in Italy, pizza began as the poor people's solution to a staple meal. It was made with the freshest ingredients to satisfy the palettes of its' people.

Pizza is as healthy as you make it. Prepare it at home and you have more control over the ingredients. Buy it in a supermarket or in a pizza parlor and you can't be certain of the nutritional value, but you can have some say in the final product that goes on your table and into your family's mouth.

So in conclusion, if you are eating more than one slice of the pizza you just ordered, yes it is nor healthy. But if you are manage to make the pizza on your own with a healthy ingredients, it is healthy!

DVDs Time : One Fine Day

This is movie was released in 1996. Truthfully I am missing this kind of movie. There are still many romantic-comedy movie, but not like this. What I mean is the 90's romantic-comedy movie : Sleepless in Seattle, When Harry Met Sally or While You Were Sleeping.

Anyway, One Fine Day was starred George Clooney and Michelle Pfeiffer, with Michael Hoffman as the director. The story plot is about two people, Melanie Parker, an architect and mother of Sammy, and Jack Taylor, a newspaper columnist and father of Maggie, are both divorced. They meet one morning when overwhelmed Jack is left unexpectedly with Maggie and forgets that Melanie was to take her to school. As a result, both children miss their school field trip and are stuck with the parents. The two adults project their negative stereotypes of ex-spouses on each other, but end up needing to rely on each other to watch the children as each must save his job. Humor is added by Sammy's propensity for lodging objects in his nose and Maggie's tendency to wander.
