Oatmeal is one of the most healthy diet foot. Eating oatmeal is so good for your body. This food contains a lot of fibers, minerals, and vitamins.

Oatmeal is also a good source of protein, complex carbohydrates and iron. Another health benefit to eating oatmeal is that the nutrients and fiber it contains can help you lose weight and fight off certain types of cancer.

Over 40 studies show that eating oatmeal may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. According to Quaker, all it takes is 3/4 cup of oatmeal each day to help lower cholesterol. The soluble fiber in oats helps remove LDL or "bad" cholesterol, while maintaining the good cholesterol that your body needs.

Pear Bite



Pear is one of the fruit you can add to your diet. It is a healthy fruit, like apple. Many people use it for their diet.

How about the nutrition?

Pears are rich in pectin, a soluble fiber, which helps the body to eliminate cholesterol and also protects against environmental toxins.
(An even better source of pectin is apples)

Pears are also a good source of potassium. Dried pears contain protein, iron, vitamin A, vitamin C and fiber.

Different types of pears are in season at different times of the year. Anjou pears, which are golden green and have a buttery, sweet flavor, are in season from October to May. Asian pears are yellow, sort of apple shaped and taste like a watermelon crossed with a potato. There are also bartlett pears that are best when they have turned yellow, but still have green flecks; they are summer pears that bruise very easily.

There are also red bartlett pears that are like normal bartletts, but they are red. Bosc pears have golden skin and have a spicy, aromatic flavor. Comice pears, thought to be the best in the world, are thick-skinned, green, juicy pears. Seckel pears are small pears that are great for snacks.

Crystal Bowersox Planned to Quit on Idol?



Yup, but that is an old news. From the info I read on Yahoo, According to TMZ, the soulful dreadlocked rocker walked off the show and was ready to call it quits, when host Ryan Seacrest saved the day.

Crystal reportedly told Ryan, "What's the point?" and said she couldn't handle the competition. The singer said she was planning on leaving and returning to Ohio to be with her family.

Ryan reportedly consoled the singer telling her, "The greatest thing I ever did was make enough money so I could buy my mom a house. You can buy your mom a house."

Well, that pep talk seemed to work. And she's back again!
