Drinking Ice Water Can Turn Into Fat?



The answer is no. Water has zero calories. The temperature isn't changing the calorie. So it is not harmful for your diet to drink cold or ice water.

If anything, cold water burns a few calories, since it takes heat from your body which your body must replace. If calculated it comes to around 17 calories for a liter of ice water, which really isn't very much, but it's certainly the opposite of making you fat

It’s true that when you drink ice water, your body uses energy (calories) to raise the liquid’s temperature to body temperature. But not very much.

Water acts to cleanse the body of any toxins, foods, and waste it may have. Water also helps to keep you skin looking good and to keep you hydrated!

Fusilli Diet



Have you see the new pizza hut product? The baked pepperoni cheese fusilli? I was planning to order that before my love can't wait the waitress any longer to serve us. By the way, fusilli is a good food to eat for your diet.
