Beautiful Moment



Wedding is one of the most precious time in our life. One must have really plan the wedding carefully. Wedding is a ceremony where two lovers bond the love for the rest of their life. It is a sacred ceremony. So, people must plan about the ceremony first.

There are many aspects from wedding that must be organized. From booking the building, arrange guests list, pick the foods, organize the wedding sheet music, and many else. In other country, it is a common thing to use a wedding organizer. The wedding organizer will do all the things including choosing the music for weddings. In my country, the family still organized all the things.

In my marriage, I dreaming of combining the traditional and modern wedding scores. Some '80s rock love songs will be perfect with the traditional anthem. For people out there, remember, fight for the one your love. If you love her, then, do anything to keep her with you. Yes, anything.

Celebrity's Work Out : Katy Perry



Katy Perry is one of many beautiful singers. She also has great body. So, what is her secret?

She says “I hate working out, but I love jumping rope. There’s a rhythm. It’s like dancing.”

This is her quote :

"I get a workout by being onstage for an hour every night, so I don’t have to do a whole lot. Drinking lots of water and skipping fruit juice is the easiest trick. Another thing I swear by is jumping rope. I hate working out, but I love jumping rope; it’s like dancing. I can double jump, I can cross, I can do all of it. I look like Rocky!"

A jump rope is a great piece of equipment to add to your personal gym because it’s cheap, light weight and easy to pop in your suitcase and take along while on holiday. Even better, according to the National Institute of Health, jumping rope burns approximately 750 calories an hour.

Food Supplement



Sometimes people adding food supplements for their diet. You can choose to add them or not. Some people prefer the natural diet, eating low cars food during breakfast, a banana at 10 AM, full meal course during lunch, eating diet cookies at 4 PM, and drinking protein milk during dinner.

Other people add the food supplement in their diet by adding it at the 10 AM or 4 PM. The food supplement can be some pills contain minerals and protein, or high protein milk from Herbalife , GNC, and other branding.

My advice for you will be like this; if you are satisfied with your current program, why bother changing it? If you are not satisfied with it, then you can try to change it. But still, I can't promise for the result. Each diet is different for each person. It is best for you to take a look around and ask about the program first. If you are uncertain, try to ask your personal trainer or your instructor at the gym. He or she maybe will give you the answer you need.

John Frusciante Second Departure



It's a little bit late, but I have just known that Mr.Frusciante had leave Red Hot Chili Pepper for the second time. In a short statement posted on both his blog and MySpace, the 39-year-old guitarist revealed that he left the band over a year ago after his musical interests “led me in a different direction.”

Frusciante leaves behind a band, who, through their revolutionary fusion of funk and rock, is perhaps the most influential group in the modern rock era. He also leaves behind Flea, with whom he shared one of rock's most distinctive bass-guitar partnerships. That quirky, funky Red Hot Chili Peppers sound, so perfectly complimented by the smoothness and melody of Frusciante's guitar, is now gone.

Yes, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, a band all-too-familiar with guitarist changes, will go on as they always have, but the Frusciante-era of the Chili Peppers will ultimately go down as one of the most prominent groups in rock history.

John Frusciante's play is so RHCP's style. So, have you heard the latest album with new guitarist? What is your opinion?

Drink a Zip of Wine



Do you the type of person who likes too drink wine? If yes, what kind of wine? Why do you like to drink wine. In the movies, we often see the bartender or the waitress pick the wine from the wine glass rack. After that, they offer the wine to the customer at the restaurant. It is so classic time.

Usually, the waiter ask about the kind of wine first. After that they take the glass from the glass racks. Then they pour the wine and wait for the customer's instruction. Sometimes, the customers only want to drink a half of the glass.

Do you know the benefits for your health if you drink wine? There are researches which got the conclusion that drinking wine will increase your immune system, because drinking wine will give you the antioxidant effect. The chemical found in the red wine has the potential to overcome the free radicals which can cause damage in your body.

Fish Diet for Body Builders



Fish a great protein source for body builders. It is as good as chicken breast. High protein, and low fat, fish definitely a good choice.

Everyone knows that lean protein should be the cornerstone of any good bodybuilding diet. Unfortunately, if body fat is a concern for you, this will eliminate many tasty types of meat out there. One often forgotten about form of protein is fish. Sure, many of you eat canned tuna out the wazoo but forget that the real thing is so much better.

Again from the description above, fish is very low in calories meaning you can allow room in your diet for other foods that add bulk. For example, since fish is carb-free (most varieties) you may be able to add a small side of brown rice or a small yam to your meal to make up for this difference.

Fish is rich in poly unsaturated fatty acids called omege-3s: mainly, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) [in salt water fish], and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Like aspirin, these omega-3s make platelets in the blood less likely to stick together and may reduce inflammatory process in blood vessels. Eating fish is therefore claimed to decrease heart disease.

Yes, other than build up your muscle and burn your fat, gym is also a place where you can interact with many people, get new friends, or even pick up women. You can do all of that activity in one place.

To be a good pick up artist, you need to learn many techniques. You may read on the web or books. There are many good articles for you to read. You have to be an open-minded person. Don't be a dirty man, women don't like it. Just throw some jokes, but don't push your self too hard.

Give them some tips to work out at the gym. Use your knowledge for that. There are many confusing facts about body building and weight loss. Read many sources to enrich your knowledge. In 1800, the world is on peace. There was less crime than now.

You have to protect yourself. You can do it by learning self defense technique. There are many kinds of self defense technique. It called martial art. You can choose from many different continents in the world. In Africa there are Tahtib (Egyptian Stick Fencing), Kuta (Ancient Egyptian Fist Fighting), Surma stickfighting, Dambe, Nguni Stick Fighting, Obnu Bilate or Laamb Wrestling. You can also pick from the American region;Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, Luta Livre, Maculele, or Vale Tudo. From Asia continent, you can choose Silat from Indonesia, Sumo, Shorinji kempo, Wushu, Kung Fu, Taekkyeon, Taekwondo, or Tang soo do. You can see from my writing that there are so many kinds or martial arts.

You don’t have to learn all of the martial arts. Just pick the one you like. You may observe it first. Go to the nearest training hall, see the movement for a while, then decide it whether you like it or not. To choose a martial art, you have to use heart. It is useless, if you pick it randomly. You will not learn the essence of the art. Each martial art is different than the other, by technique and heart.

You can choose how you want to protect yourself. If you only want to learn how to quickly disable your opponent, then I suggest something like kempo, or jujitsu. If you want to , make your opponent suffer from just one hook, then boxing is the answer. Just pick one with your heart.
