Through the Fire

Having a perfect house is a dream for many people. What is your perfect house? Perfect house can be a house with many great facilities such as swimming pool or your own theater of dream. Perfect house also can be just a house with your dreams. My perfect house will just be a simple house with long yards and accompany with the one I love. The yard must have a basketball ring. Yes, that is my house of dream.
House is the place we will happily live ever after, have you do some stuff to protect your house? Have you protect your home with all the protective stuff such as fire extinguishers ? Yes, it is so important to prevent bad things from happens.
Nevertheless, you also must prepare for the worst thing, if it happens. If you are leaving your home unattended, in whom you will ask your home to be safe? The answer is by you. You must prepare all the things before you are leaving your home. You have to turn off the gas, the fire, and the electricity. Don’t let stupid mistake make you regrets. Don’t let your foolishness do the entire math.
Have you get your house an alarm, or many alarms? Alarm is so important, especially if you are living in the bad neighborhood. If you are living in one, then using alarm is the key. You can prevent many bad things happen.
Back to the fire extinguisher topic, putting fire extinguisher in your home is so crucial. That thing is so important. Don’t let you live under a house who doesn’t have one. You also have to learn how to use it. You have to know the simple fact; fire will die if there is no air. So, other than using fire extinguisher, you also can use wet trunk.

Water is so essential. You have to drink it before, during, and after work out. Don't let your self dehydrated because you loss many water during your work out.

3. Fat metabolism depends upon hydration, so if you hydrate yourself properly, you'll be helping your body turn fat into energy.
4. Keep your hydration levels up and your heart will have an easier time pumping blood through your body.
There are other many reasons for drinking water during your work out. Just make sure you don't forget to do it.

Blogging Stuff

One of my hobbies is blogging. I have been a blogger since 2007. Well, it isn’t too long, but I am still more experience in the blogging stuff than the new comers. At first I write blog just for fun. I liked to write the stuff I experienced in my everyday life. And then I got bored. So, I started to writing informational articles.
Yes, just like other bloggers, my first blog was using free blog. After a while, I started to use payed web hosting. I make it my “professional “blog. If you are curious where I found myw website hosting company, I will tell you. I do some research for the local or international web hosting for my new blog. Actually I am a little bit confused which one to choose.
Furthermore, I asked for my good friend who is actually knows about this a lot for her opinion about webhosting. I learn a lot from her. Then I choose the company for my blog. It is not the cheapest, but the services are good. So, it is up to you!

Keep Hydrated with Hydration

Water is one of the most essential components of the human body. Water regulates the body’s temperature, cushions and protects vital organs, and aids the digestive system. Necessary to the healthy function of all internal organs, water must be consumed to replace the amount lost each day during basic activities. In one hour of exercise the body can lose more than a quart of water, depending on exercise intensity and air temperature.
If there is not enough water for the body to cool itself through perspiration, the body enters a state of dehydration.
Naturally, daily fluid requirements will vary with environmental conditions, clothing and exercise intensity and duration. Don't wait until you are thirsty to decide to drink. Fluid replacement is part of a daily plan. Thirst is a sign - too late - of dehydration, performance is already impaired.
Hydration Hints
• Drink 17-20 ounces of water two to three hours before the start of exercise.
• Drink 8 ounces of fluid 20 to 30 minutes prior to exercise or during warm-up.
• Drink 7-10 ounces of fluid every 10 to 20 minutes during exercise.
• Drink an additional 8 ounces of fluid within 30 minutes after exercising.
• Drink 16-24 ounces of fluid for every pound of body weight lost after exercise. Hint: Rehydration occurs faster in the presence of sodium, regardless of whether this is provided in a sports drink.
