Move Your Body



Work out is an essential part of our life. Everybody needs to do work out. You don’t expect to eat all you can eat food (all kind of foods) and be healthy without doing work out? Yes, you have to do it if you want to stay healthy. You have to balance your diet, work out, and rest. If you can manage all of them, you won’t be needed to read this article.

There are many kind of sports you can choose. If you like to play in a group of people and have some needed skills, you may want to try football, basketball, or baseball. All of them are great sports but need techniques. You will have to train to get the adequate technique. For women; they can choose to do aerobic or yoga. Usually women are prefer that kind of sports. They usually choose to do yoga retreat in their holiday.

If you like an individual sport, you may try to do fitness. You can do the work out alone in the gym. Only few movements need spotter or assist by other people. I, myself, like to do bodybuilding. You must add the cardio exercise in your workout. With the combine of cardio and weight lifting, you will be having a body of your dream.

The Noodle Diet



Do you know that eating noodle is better than eating plain rice in your diet? The rice consists of more calories than noodle. Of course it is lower in calories if you choose fresh noodle. Do you like eating chinese noodle?

The Chinese don't have a word for "calories". They view food as nourishment, not potential weight gain. A 1990 survey found that Chinese people consumed 30 per cent more calories than Americans, but were not necessarily more active. Clissold says their secret is avoiding the empty calories of sugary, nutrient-free foods.

One cup of cooked noodles contains about 210 calories. It is better if you choose home made noodle rather than instant noodle.

Let's Go to The Swimming Pool



Exercise is so important. Don't let yourself live without any work out. You can eat anything, you can drink anything, but don't eat dangerous foods and drink dangerous drinks if you don't do work out. Don't eat junk food if you are too lazy to move your body by running or swimming.

You can try to apply in some gym membership. If you are join a gym, then you can work out anytime. You can use your free time at the gym. Pick gym which has swimming pool, spa, and sauna.

If you are to busy to go to the gym, why not making your own gym? All you have to do is buy cardio equipments, such as static bike or treadmill. You also can add some weight training equipment. My advice for you is to buy the many-muscles-you-can-train equipment. Usually, only with one equipment, you can train many muscles with many movements. Don't forget to build your own swimming pool. Cool temperature sport is great if the weather is too hot.

Make sure you choose the right pool builder. Choose pool builder which is customer oriented.

Sugar in Your Colas



Look at the picture. I am already know that a bottle of cola consist of 10 spoon of sugar. What I don't notice is the bigger the bottle, the more they add the sugar. Fool.

Put Less Sugar in Your Drink



Have you ever carefully examine your drink label. See the sugar part. Usually, sweet drinks, like coca cola, orange juice, all have sugar more than 25 gr per bottle.

Sodas are mostly water, sugar or sugar substitute and some flavoring. Sugared sodas are a source of empty calories and usually replace nutrient-dense beverages such as milk or juice, both which contain many healthy nutrients.

You can easily translate the amount of sugar in soda from grams to teaspoons. A typical 20 oz. soda usually contains a total of 87 grams of sugar. Knowing that four grams is equal to 1 teaspoon, you can figure out that there are about 22 teaspoons of sugar in that 20 oz. bottle of soda. That’s a lot of sugar!

Spicy Chicken




Lately, I am often eat this home made dish by me as my breakfast. My eating schedule is changed. In the morning, after my work out, I only drink non fat skim milk. At 10 AM. I have my breakfast. I often eat this menu (Fry with coconut oil of course!). Yes, maybe the menu is rich with fats. But I have no worry, because I have done my work out.

Mind Pleasure



Art plays important part in our life. Enjoying art will make someone healthier than ever. I believe about that. Have you see someone who enjoys art who does a healthy living is healthier than someone who doesn’t like art who also does a healthy living? Enjoying art will make your life healthier because it also makes improve your mind. After all the hectic works, your mind need some break.

Art can be anything. Music, movie, poem, and enjoying collecting beaded from beaded lanyards are also art. There are many ways to enjoy art. If you like to hearing music, what is your favorite genre? I, myself, love all kind of music. The music usually flows with my mood. But if you ask about my favorite genre, then I will answer rock music. Not all kind of rock music I like. My best years are the ‘80s, ‘90s, and the early 2000’s. Why is that? The reason is because I grow at that time. Yes, that theory is true. People will prefer all the things that he or she grew with. I prefer the oldies rock than nowadays rock.

I also like to hear mellow songs (is that a genre?). What I mean is pop songs. Maybe you can tell that I am an omnivore in the music. I hear anything for good.
What about movie? It is similar, actually. I don’t have specific kind of movie, well maybe I prefer to choose superhero or action movie and romantic comedy movie than other kind of movie. But I still watch all kind of movie actually. If I go to the nearest VCD or DVD rental, I will get confuse what movie I haven’t see. It is
because I am already seeing the box-office movies. So I will rent B class movies.

Beaded is another kind of art. Many people like to collect it. People like to see beautiful thing, such as beaded.
