Let's Eat Ketoprak

Ketoprak is a local cuisine of my country. I had this menu as my lunch. It is so famous in the society. Almost each region in my country has its own "ketoprak" style food.

What about the calories?

You must be aware because it consists of spice made from nut. Ingredients:
Ground Peanut, Onion, Sugar, Salt, Spices.

One plate of ketoprak contains 153 calories. It is lower than one plate of white rice, which is 242 calories.

Hearing Music During Work Out

It is actually an old trick to keep your spirit during exercise. Hear the songs you like. I suggest to pick "beat" songs rather than mellow songs. Beat song will make your adrenaline higher and your heart beat faster which are good for your exercise. Just make sure to turn the volume neighbor friendly.

Add Some Shrimp

Shrimp or prawn (what is the different?) is so delicious especially when you fried it then add some mayonnaise on it. So, is it healthy?

Many people steer clear of shrimp because of their high cholesterol content. Yet unlike other high-cholesterol foods, shrimp are actually low in saturated fat and total fat. Recent research suggests that foods that are high in dietary cholesterol alone don’t raise blood cholesterol levels as much as foods that are high in saturated fat—in the case of shrimp, this is possibly due to the protective properties of omega-3 fatty acids.

So, don't be afraid to enjoy shrimp. Just make sure you don't eat too much.

Spain is the World Cup 2010 Champion

As predicted earlier by Paul the Octopus, Spain has become the champion of World Cup 2010. Spain won by the late goal in the second extra-time, scored by A. Iniesta. The Dutch team thought that he was in off-side position. But the replay showed that he was in on-side position. So, congrats to Spain and to all the football fans.

England? See you again in four years!

Pasta Choice : Lasagna

Lasagna is so delicious. We can thanked the Italian later for invent the food. Healthy lasagna? Why not? If you do the healthy diet, you are still can eat lasagna. Just make sure you eat the healthy one.

Lasagna is one of the quintessential pasta dishes, since it incorporates several food types into one pan. In addition, it is just as easy to make a vegetarian lasagna that is delicious and nutritious as to make one with meat in it. Try one of these vegetarian lasagnas, or customize it to come up with your own variation.

Keep in mind that you can almost always substitute low or non-fat ricotta, mozzarella and other ingredients to keep the calories lower if you are watching your weight.

Up Grade Your PC

I like to blogging using my personal computer. Not because any hardware or software reason though, it is because I can't install the modem to my laptop. The CD's can't be installed in Windows Vista. My personal computer is using Windows XP and the CD is manufactured a few years back, when Microsoft had just launched the XP.

If you ask me, I prefer to use my notebook. It is more up grading if you look at the hardware and software. Maybe I would like to buy Howard custom computers. Yes, maybe that is the key. If you made your own computer, you will get more satisfied. You will get what you want by using custom computers.

Actually my laptop is good enough. The processor, although not the latest, it still can do many jobs at one time. The bad point is when I try to play Resident Evil 5. The picture is delayed a few seconds. My friend told me that it was the VGA Card problem. Maybe I have to get custom laptop of mine and put a higher version of VGA Card.
