Morning Tea



My habit is to drink tea right after I wake up in the morning. How about you? Is it healthy to drink tea?

Tea drinking has been claimed to have health benefits for centuries, but only in recent years have doctors conducted studies to see if the claims are justified.

Considering the amount of tea drunk around the world every day, the news that the drink can be good for you is welcome indeed. Recent research has indicated that drinking tea as part of a healthy diet and life style can help maintain a healthy body including a healthy heart.

The value of tea may be due, in part, to its antioxidants. Like fruit and vegetables, tea is rich in antioxidants. (In tea these are known as flavonoids). Antioxidants in the diet may help the body in its management of free radicals – highly reactive substances capable of causing damage to body cells.

Green and black teas offer the same health benefits. Many people don't realize that black and green tea contain virtually the same amount of antioxidants. In fact, whether hot or cold, bottled or using a bag, tea is probably the healthiest drink around.

Just watch out about the sugar you add to your tea!

Use Brown Sugar for Your Coffee



Recently there is a product of instant coffee which use brown sugar as the sweetener. Which is better, white sugar or brown sugar?

White sugar is the most common sweetener used in tea or coffee. You can get white sugar in regular granulated form, or finer ground as icing sugar or confectioner's sugar. Powdered sugar isn't typically used for simple beverage sweetening.

Brown sugar is my personal favorite. I love the heavier flavour in my coffee. It's made by adding the molasses back to regular white sugar, which makes it much moister and more prone to clumping than white sugar. I have heard that a piece of white bread in the container will keep your brown sugar soft.

Choosing the perfect place for your vacation is difficult. You have to know where you or your family want to go. Just ask them. Don't let the children feel unhappy because they can't tell you where they want to go. Sometimes the children have their dream place to visit; Disneyland, football match, WWE show, myrtle beach, or many other places.

Fried Sausage



You can find this menu almost at all restaurants. This menu is so easy to made, that's why it is can be easily be found. Of course it isn't healthy if you choose hypermarket's sausages. You may choose the sausages which you can find at the nearest butcher.

The minimum meat content of a pork sausage is only 42%. The equivalent figures for most other sausages are around 30%. These figures are low but they are the legal minimum and most producers will use more meat.

The definition of meat is based on new regulations which came into force in 2003. Broadly, pork can contain up to 30% fat and 25% connective tissue and still be described as meat. Beef and lamb meat can contain up to 25% fat and 25% connective tissue.

Mechanically Recovered Meat (known as MMR) can no longer be described as meat. The same goes for organs such as the heart and tongue. They can still be used but have to be described separately on the label and do not count towards the minimum meat content.

Toast Bread Breakfast



How about changing rice with toast bread as your breakfast? There are people who can't eat other than rice for their breakfast. Why don't take a change?

It is not necessary to toast bread when you are on a diet. There is no significant difference between toasted and untoasted bread. The moisture content is a little lower in toasted bread, but the calorie content is not affected.

Live a Healthy Life


Live a healthy life is so much fun. Just do what I have done. Balance your eating, do work out, don't take unimportant things too serious, live healthy, and keep praying, can be your key to live a longer life.

There are many unfortunate people who can't live healthy. They use drugs and alcohol as their life habit. Sometimes people who do drugs and alcohol just need an attention. Finally there is a new nice romantic-comedy movie. Actually this movie gave us more comedy than the romantic. The cast are Jay Baruchel and Alice Eve. They are still not box-office actor and actress, but they will.

Why We Must Eat Vegetables?



If you want to live healthier and longer, you have to read my advice. Eat well, rest enough, do exercise, and live a health life are the key of it. Eat all natural foods. Throw away all those junk foods. Don't forget to eat vegetables!

There are med to high class department store. The last is the high - so high class department store. Each store has different products.

Grilled Chicken Lunch



Who doesn't love grilled chicken? I am an addict for grilled chicken. My favorite part is the breast with many soy sauce on it! Grilled chicken is better than fried chicken if you want to live a healthy life ( I still eat KFC though..).

If you want to make one by yourself, you have to be extra cautious. You need to take care of how your use your grill, because careless use can be bad for your health. Cooking meat at high temperatures (charring them) causes the formation of chemicals called "polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons" and "hetrocyclic amines" -- both of which are linked to a higher risk of some cancers.
