Have I told you the story about one of surgery consultant? So here it is. He was an obesity guy. Yes, if you look at his old picture then you can see that he was obesity not overweight. After many years being fat, at last he was trying to lose his weight. The question was how?

After searching information at many places, he finally chose Herbalife as his lose weight method. So you see, this brand is world-wide quality. You can search for Herbalife products at many countries. All of the countries have the same high quality of their product. To search which product suits you best, you better ask the expert for it. Ask your trainer at the gym. His or her opinion can be heard if you ask about training or nutrition.

So after a few months, you can see the changes in my consultant. Right now, he is far more thinner than a few years back. Actually, the good way to keep your weight is by doing exercise and eat healthy foods. Big is beautiful, but un-healthy!

Consume High Fiber Foods



High fiber foods can do you many goods. If you consume it, then you will free from pup difficulty, free your body from free radical and decrease the risk from getting colon cancer.

What are they??


High Fiber Foods:

Grain Products:

* whole grain breads, buns, bagels, muffins
* breakfast cereals with at least 5 g of fiber per serving such as All Bran, Fiber One, Smart Bran, and Go Lean
* Cooked cereal such as Red River and Oat Bran
* whole-wheat pastas
* whole grains such as barley, popcorn, corn and brown rice

Fruits:

* dried fruits such as apricots, dates, prunes and raisins
* berries such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
* oranges, apple with skin, avocado, kiwi, mango and pear

Vegetables:

* broccoli, spinach, swiss chard, green peas and other dark green leafy vegetables

After finished my clinical time this afternoon, I plan to go to the nearest ice cream cone booth near my house. There are three fast food store which sell ice cream cone near my house; McDonald's, KFC, and A&W. In my opinion the most tasty is McDonald's ice cream cone. Nevertheless, because I'm too lazy to park the car, I haven't bought one.

Dr. Tea (Tea For Weight Loss)



Tea has been a successful way for losing weight. Many people using this alternate method for losing their weight. What is the effect of drinking tea?

Food (including sugar and fat) is synthesized into a substance called “triglyceride” in the liver and small intestine. It is then carried into the bloodstream to other tissues in the body.

Triglyceride is used as source of energy for life support and physical activities, and is very necessary. The problem comes about when there are excess amounts of triglyceride, because then it’s turned into fat which subsequently causes obesity.

The Life Long Study



Medical is a lifelong study. Actually, I don’t know it yet when I entered the medical faculty. At first, information technology is the place I want to continue my study. The negative part is my math is not so good (When I told you that I am not so good in math doesn’t mean I can’t do math). Physic also is my problem. I love biology and chemistry. Well, I love biology more than chemistry. Because of that, I change my subject to medical.

The changing process also involves my dad who told me that as a doctor, I can be my own employee. My dad always tell me that actually he don’t like to work to someone else. Maybe he wanted to be his own employee too at the first time. Now, after I graduated from the medical faculty and be a doctor I start to think that my dad’s opinion may be right.

You also have to give your children some good advices. They really need it. You have to take at least 10 minutes of your time per day and make it a quality talk between father and child. You have to educate them well. Don’t buy them useless things when they beg you for it. Buy useful things for them. You can buy them a video game, but you still have to buy them educational wooden toys.

You also can give a hint for their hobby. Let your children choose their own hobby. There are so many kind of hobbies they can choose; music, art, sport, or martial arts. I would like to see my child good at playing musical instruments and martial arts. Actually, that is my own dream. Yes, sometime parents don’t know the real reason they want their child to be something; is it for the good of them? Or is it for the parents?

Drink Milk or Not?



Milk has been a friend for me. From my childhood until now I always drink milk. Maybe just the type of milk had been changed. Is it healthy to drink milk?

From the "Got Milk" campaign to get people to drink more milk, to the "Not Milk" campaign decrying the benefits of milk, claims surrounding milk consumption are constantly debated. Milk producers advocate the benefits of calcium, vitamin D, and other nutrients, while detractors mention possible links to cancer or other diseases.

Milk plays an important role in many diets today. Many of us grew up eating cheese pizza, yogurt, milk and cookies, and cheesecake. We have grown so comfortable consuming milk and eating milk products that many do not give a second thought to the possible positive and negative effects of milk. Overall, milk does do a body good.

The negative side effects of milk are due mainly to the over-consumption of milk products beyond the recommended daily allowance of 3 8-oz glasses of milk. Consumers must be aware of both the pros and cons of drinking milk. Being knowledgeable consumers will empower us to decide how much we should rely on milk for our nutritional needs and empower us to be more proactive in creating a well-balanced and nutritious meal

Hungry For Dimsum



Dim sum is a favorite Chinese dish. You can find this menu in almost all Chinese restaurant. It is better to choose the healthy choice of dim sum. Try to pick the steamed one than the fried one.

The New York Times reports that The Hong Kong government recently issued a report that eating certain kinds of dim sum, particularly those fried or cooked with copious amounts of fat and oil, should be avoided for health reasons. While this may seem like somewhat of a no-brainer, many are ignoring the warnings and eating the same dim sum they've been eating for years, arteries be damned.

Dim sum is not the healthiest thing to eat in the world and not all Chinese food is bad for you. If it were, how on Earth do us Chinese girls stay skinny? Dim Sum in America is really just for when us families want to get together and have lunch together and see other neighborhood folds. Can't give you a fat or salt content because there's so many different types of dim sum.

Metropolitan Men



There are many ways to be stylish. You can put just one thing in your body and be a stylish person. Style is different than fashion. Fashion come and go, but style is forever. You can start to pick your own style. If you choose to follow the fashion's week in the Europe and copy-cat it, then you will have no style.

Men usually are harder to be stylish than women. Men are more complex than women because everybody thought than men can't be stylish. Just at the men using mens sunglasses, cool right? Men can wear un-fashionable clothes but with the right sunglasses, they can look stylish. The most important thing is to pick the right men’s sunglasses for the men.

You can look for sunglasses everywhere. Maybe for a start you can look mens sunglasses at the nearest department store in your town. If you have look around and haven't find the right sunglasses, then maybe you can start browsing at the internet. E-bay is a great place to start. Remember the Witwiky's glasses from Transformer?
