Education is very important. People can’t be success without it. Well, in some occasions sometimes effort also really matters. Nevertheless, you have to train yourself to get the higher education than now. If you are able and the condition makes it possible, why don’t trying to do that? There are many people who can’t afford education. So we, who are fortunate to continue our education, must be feel bless.

Education can be many things. There are several steps to basic education. Kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, college degree, master degree, and so on. That is the formal education. There are also the informal educations such as going to military boarding schools and other boarding schools. Boarding schools are the place for skill training. Usually people who go to that kind of schools will have different carrier such as the Navy, Army, etc.

Not all the boarding schools will have different carrier. If the boarding schools; such as girls boarding schools, take part of the girls when the girls are in high school age, then there were no different than other common high schools. Boarding school is different than common school in some aspects, but still the same thing in general. Those who are unfortunate with handicap also can go to the learning disabilities schools. The place will be a good choice for those who needed extra attention.

The study is being presented at the 2010 National Meeting of the American Chemical Society in Boston.

The Healthiest AC Air Temperature?



There are people who can't live without this thing. There are people who can't live if this thing is on. So, it is a win win situation. Not all people can't use this thing. But what if you have to choose the healthiest temperature?

If you have a higher metabolic rate, you'll tend to feel warmer than someone with a lower metabolic rate. Keep your air conditioning temperature set at a point where you do not feel overly cold or warm. It's healthier if your body isn't having to work to keep your temperature regulated. Another factor to keep in mind when choosing a healthy temperature is the relative humidity of the air. Dry air at 72 degrees F. will feel cooler than humid air at the same temperature.

Particularly in the summer, it is healthier to keep your air conditioning set at around 10 degrees cooler than the temperature outside. You will be better able to adjust to the heat when spending time outdoors and your body will have to do less work to regulate your temperature when you leave or return to your house.

Btw, it is a lot healthier for your pocket if you use it higher temp from 25 C degrees, LOL.....

Eat Cereal For Pre-Dawn Meal



There are people who can't eat big meal in early morning. Well not like that people, I guess I can eat big meal in early morning especially in the fasting month. It is okay to eat cereal or other small meal for breakfast in non-fasting month. But if you try to eat cereal in early morning meal before fasting, hm.... I guess not!

Experts say that choosing a healthy breakfast cereal is mainly about getting some whole grains. There's no excuse not to get at least one serving of whole grains if you eat cereal for breakfast. And it's well worth the effort; recent research suggests those who eat more whole grains are at lower risk of diabetes and heart disease.

Nevertheless, if you can eat only cereal and stay strong for one whole day, why not? Consume a light pre-dawn meal. Eat whole wheat or oat cereal or whole wheat bread, 1-2 serving with a cup of milk. Add 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil or any other monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats in a salad or the cereal. Eat 1-2 servings of fruits, as a last item.

Good Looking Style



As a man, fashion is also an important thing like it does to woman. It is nice to wear a nice fashion and style on your body. You don't have to be anyone else. Just be you and use your style. It is also important to keep update about the fashion. Make sure you combine the new fashion with your style. I don't recommend you to really follow the new fashion, after all. Your style is what matter the most.

You can add fashion in many occasion to your style. For example; try to use Carhartt B11 work pants for work. Add the shirt just as usual, try to combine it with something which proper. If you are following my idea, I believe your working associates will surprise to look at your new style.

How about using Color Underwear too for work? Yep, that will be a brilliant idea. You will not only be stylish at out side, but also at in side. It will be a great thing if you plan to get laid on. Ups... Don't bother that sentence, please. Other jeans like Levi's 514 Slim will also do the style. Just make sure you change your style every now and then!
