Latest News



There are many ways to tell people about the latest information. You may use your cell phone, blackberry, or using social network stuff for private information. You can also use some standard texting message. Every media has its own advantages and disadvantages. If the information is for world wide, or public, don't use a private media.

I, my self, once have bad experience with it. Instead of using bulletin board or spread the news widely, my friend only use the blackberry messenger for spreading the news about the latest examination. This way will only benefits the people who use blackberry. What about the people who don't have it? I think the bulletin boards much more efficient in spreading information.

Do you remember in the high school or any other level of school, they also use it. Yes, the school is using school bulletin boards to give the student information about some events or school's new policies. The board was placed at the lobby, that way every student will see it.

Food is a primary need for people. No one can live without eating foods. There are many kind of healthy foods. Each group of food has it own advantages and functions. For people who do weight loss diet, knowing about fat burning foods is an essential.

Foods that are high in protein and fiber are the best kinds of food to eat if you want to burn fat around your middle.

If you are a regular consumer of milk and other dairy products, that's great (as long as you don't overdo it). Just watch your proportions and perhaps switch over to the low or no fat varieties.

Up in The Air (2009 Movie)



This is a 2009 romantic-comedy-drama movie which I have watched it this afternoon. The movie was starred by George Clooney, Vera Farmiga, and Anna Kendrick as the main casts. It directed by Jason Reitman.

The film plot was about a corporate downsizer Ryan Bingham, played by George Clooney, and his travels to do his work. Ryan Bingham's job is to fire people from theirs. The anguish, hostility, and despair of his "clients" has left him falsely compassionate, living out of a suitcase, and loving every second of it. When his boss hires arrogant young Natalie, she develops a method of video conferencing that will allow termination without ever leaving the office - essentially threatening the existence Ryan so cherishes. Determined to show the naive girl the error of her logic, Ryan takes her on one of his cross country firing expeditions, but as she starts to realize the disheartening realities of her profession, he begins to see the downfalls to his way of life.

It is a nice story. No violence, no action, but a great movie. Four a half star from me.

Weight loss can be a hard thing to do for some people. Usually that people is lack of work out and motivation. Weight loss myths ares spread around the society. So you better watch out for it. Don't let your diet ruined by he myths.

Here are some myths :

1. “Lose 30 pounds in 30 days.” Or any other gimmick that pledges massive weight loss at breakneck speed. “It’s not healthy, and it’s not true,” Wilbert says. Permanent weight loss requires lifestyle change, not a quick fix, he adds.

2. Fat is bad for you. “Dietitians forwarded that one to people for years,” says registered dietitian and nutrition teacher Rick Hall. Now they know better. The truth is that some fats are unhealthy, and some are good – indeed, necessary – for your health. (Hence the term, “essential fatty acids”!)

3. Carbohydrates are bad for you. First it was fat, now carbohydrates are the bad guy. Wilbert explains that this trendy idea is just too broad. When trying to lose weight, make a distinction between unhealthy carbohydrates, such as white sugar, and complex carbohydrates, such as vegetables and whole grains, which provide vital vitamins, and fiber to aid digestion.

4. Lose weight by not eating. Uh…no. Starving deprives the body of the nutrients it needs for life and can lead to serious illness. Plus you lose muscle mass, not fat. Even if you do lose pounds, you gain them back almost immediately when you raid the fridge again.

5. Don’t eat after 6 p.m. “It’s not what time you eat, it’s what you eat!” insists Dare to Lose author, Shari Lieberman, Ph.D. “In Europe they eat at 10 o’clock at night and they’re half the size of Americans.”

Fasting for Weight Loss



Fasting is a good way to detoxify your body from many bad poison. It is will do a good effect if your do fasting once in a while. You have to do the healthy fasting suggested by the doctors.
