Chicken satay is one of my favorite dish. My country has the best chicken satay, than the neighbor. Maybe because I am used to eat this kind of satay. Yesterday I ate so many sticks of chicken satay. How much are the calories?

Fully Loaded



Today I have the biggest meal after a month! Yes, even though I ate small portions but I ate almost every one to two hours. So can you imagine how full I am this night?

Nevertheless, cardio exercise here I come!

Slam Dunk!



Slam Dunk is one of the best anime in anime's history. The plot is about high school basket ball. The story is intense and funny, so it is worth your time. In the real life, professional basket ball is more interesting than high school basket ball. One of the most famous basketball league is the NBA from the United States. This league is so famous that you have to book the basket ball ticket from the early season. It is better if you book it as soon the past season finished, though.

There are many great teams in the NBA. The teams are from the United States and Canada. Well, the Canada's team is minority though. At the 90's, the Chicago Bulls ruled the league with Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Dennis Rodman, etc. After Jordan was retired, well you can say that the team got in their worst years. Los Angeles Lakers was the king on the year 2000s. Kobe Bryant and Shaq o' Neil were the star. If you plan to watch the game live, I suggest for you to prepare the ticket first.

Simply put, traveling doesn't make you fat. Crappy food and crappier habits do. So here's your chance. Follow these weight-loss rules of the road next time out and you'll immediately be bumped up to a better class: a leaner, healthier life.

Here's what to do: Using the guidelines in "How to Eat on the Road", choose from the lower-carb group as often as you can -- most of the time, in fact. But when those foods aren't available, go ahead and enjoy selections from the higher-carb group. To keep yourself honest, use this rule of thumb: Each time you choose a higher-carb food, try to have at least three lower-carb meals or snacks before dipping into that well again. What about alcohol? You can down up to two glasses of wine (10 ounces) or light beer (24 ounces) a night.

Fiber's Magic for Weight Loss



Fibers can do magic tricks for your diet. It can help you loose your weight fast! Care to know more about fiber's magic for weight loss?

There are two types of fiber in the diet, soluble fiber (water-soluble) and insoluble fiber (not water-soluble). Whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains usually contain at least some of both soluble and insoluble fiber.

Soluble fiber is highest in foods such as oats, legumes, barley, pears, and apples. Higher amounts of insoluble fiber are found in wheat bran, whole grain breads and cereals, and most vegetables such as broccoli and carrots. There are many benefits to incorporating both kinds of fiber into your diet and helping with weight loss is one of them.

The American Cancer Society recommends that we aim for about 25-30 grams of fiber a day, which is more than double what the average American gets.

Here are some things to think about as you increase your fiber intake:

* If your daily fiber intake is low (less than 10 grams), be sure to increase your fiber intake slowly, to minimize discomfort, such as gas or constipation. Don't try, for example, to begin doubling your fiber intake while you're on a camping trip.

* Be sure to drink plenty of water (about 6-8 glasses a day, or until your urine is clear, unless your doctor has you on a fluid restriction) to help make sure the fiber passes through your body rather than just sitting there (sorry for the visual!)

Spooky Festival



Halloween is coming up to your town! Wait, not that rock band, but the festival. Yes, Halloween will be coming a few weeks later. Have you prepared your children costume? Costume is a simple thing, yet so important. I believe that you don't want your children looks like idiot while the other look great, right? Halloween is only once a year, so you have to prepare well.

Adults are hoping to be participated in the Halloween. They can participate in the trick or treat by preparing candies and chocolate in their bowl. Don't be mean to children. You can prepare the Halloween Bingo Cards to make your Halloween more fun than other home. Just ask the children to bring their friends while playing it.

Halloween is always fun for children. Well, adults too if they are want to participated in the event. Just go to the nearest festival held near your residence. It would be fun too.
