choose this not that (version 1)

do you at least curious which one is better for your body? let me give you a clue..

or

Banana
Contains lots of complex carbohydrate
(good for your digestive tract), potassium (good for your muscle), and magnessium (good for your nerves). Also contains A Vitamine in a proportional way to help to fight bad radical. 1 banana = 128 calories.

Apple

One of the fruits that has complete nutrition. 85% water. Rich with fibers, good for your digestive tract. High in potassium and magnessium. Each 100 grams = 46 calories. One apple = about 180 grams.

Choose = Apple

Apple has amazing dietetic functions, because contains lots of antioxidant. Aside easy to digest, apple calories also less than banana.

Coffee
Almost has no calorie, but full of caffein which has high stimulant. In normal dose, coffee doesnn't has bad effect. But if you drink it continously it will has bad effect, especially for your heart.
Tea
Also contains caffein (called Te-in), but less than coffee. Depends with the tea - Like black tea can makes you feel not comfort or anxious. Also contains antioxidant.
Choose = Tea
Tea has antioxidant effect, help protect dental health (because contains fluor), reduce cholesterol, etc. The more natural your tea (without proccessed), the better the benefit. The best tea is green tea, white tea, and the last is red tea.

Halo...Salam kenal sebelumnya...Wah,padahal pisang ntu buah kesukaan saya...terutama pisang raja...(kayak monyet ya...hehe..)
Teh memiliki khasiat diuretik shg baik untuk pasien hipertensi,tp kurang baik untuk pasien maag karena dapat meningkatkan produksi asam lambung dan memicu kembung.

hehehe... ga tau gw... tapiiiii..... kopi memang sudah terbukti bisa memaksimalkan pembakaran lemak saat olahraga..

jadi cadangan lemaknya juga kebakar..
