Banana
Contains lots of complex carbohydrate (good for your digestive tract), potassium (good for your muscle), and magnessium (good for your nerves). Also contains A Vitamine in a proportional way to help to fight bad radical. 1 banana = 128 calories.
Apple
One of the fruits that has complete nutrition. 85% water. Rich with fibers, good for your digestive tract. High in potassium and magnessium. Each 100 grams = 46 calories. One apple = about 180 grams.
Choose = Apple
Apple has amazing dietetic functions, because contains lots of antioxidant. Aside easy to digest, apple calories also less than banana.
Coffee
Almost has no calorie, but full of caffein which has high stimulant. In normal dose, coffee doesnn't has bad effect. But if you drink it continously it will has bad effect, especially for your heart.
Tea
