Instant Noodle

Instant Noodle nowadays has become an alternative for rice. Noodle is made of wheat, which is main ingredient that has equal calori with rice, but higher in protein. Instant noodle has 100 gr carbohydrate per gr noddle with 337 calories.

Rice

Every 100 gr white rice that you eat consist of 28,5 gr carbohydrate, 130 calories, and 0,21 gr fat.

Choose : White Rice

Eat white rice if you don't want your blood glucose increase quickly. Noodle is made of wheat which is a product of carbohydrate. It is easy for your body to absorp it. That's why your blood glucose increase more quickly when you eat noodle than rice.

FYI, this is based by 100 gr noodle and 100 gr white rice. If you eat a lot of rice, your blood glucose will also increase too..
