How To Make Your Body Stay Cool in Gym?


Use this tips :


If you are training in heat, shorten your training time for about 15 minutes in the first week.


This helps your body to adapt.


Don't push your body too hard in heat.


Remember to make the fluid in your body to be adequate so you won't be dehydrated and your body temperature doesn't get too climax.
