Mineral Water is the King


You don't have to drink something special for being healthy.

Just drink mineral water.

Drink at least 2 L water per day.

It will 'push' the poison from your body and increase your body metabolism.

A nutrisionist from England said that if you liked mineral water, add it with fresh lemon.
