Digitial Rectal Examination / Rectal Tusse is an examination for checking your pelvis or lower belly. Usually it is done in male to check the prostate. Female digitial rectal examination is for gynaecologic examination.
The examination is preformed with a glove and with the help of jelly.
This examination will make you feel uncomfortable, but one way to reduce this feeling is to do deep inhale when the test is performed.
This is also a useful examination for haemorrhoid and cancer.
