What is the point in pre operative care?

First, you have to make sure all the preparations needed for the surgery have been complete. You have to check whether the patient has been checked for everything.

The last but not least, is by asking some gentle question, "Are you already ready tomorrow mam/sir?"

It will make the patient more and more confident.
