In office, there are a department that controlled the employees. The department's job is to manage the employees and their work. They take a look who is has the highest achievement for the month, who is the best employee of the month, and things like that. That kind of things can make work situation have more and more work spirit. If the best employee is found, the the department will give corporate awards for his or her. Almost every countries have sport as their main sport, beside the United States. the highest sport competition in Europe is the Champions League. All European clubs fight to get the trophy to fill their soccer trophies room. In United States, football trophies are more popular.
