There are two ways to use it:
1. Eat 2 doses of vitamin C
--> To get optimum vitality from Vitamin C, you must swallow two doses of it in different time daily. Vitamin will survive 12 hours in our body since it been consumted.
2. No Overdose Iron
--> Iron is a helpful mineral, but we still can not get it overdose. You don't need extra iron since most of it is in your daily meal.
