BBQ Garlic Chicken
This menu is suitable for those who looking for a high protein, low fat meal.
What you need :
75 gr chicken fillet
1/2 of garlic
1 full spoon of lemonade water
1/2 tea spoon of brown sugar
Salt and Pepper as you wish
For the catchup :
1/4 full spoon of butter
1/2 of garlic
1/2 tea spoon of brown sugar
1 full spoon of ketchup
1/2 tea spoon of wheat
1/2 glass of water
Salt and Pepper as you wish
How to make :
1. Combine the chicken, garlic, salt, pepper, lemonade water, and brown sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes. Grill until cook.
2. Make the catchup by cook it all the ingredients
3. Served the grilled chicken by putting the catchup on it.
