Don't ask me. Soft drink is delicious. Especially when you are in a great thirst and need a drink rite away. My best soft drink is Coca Cola. It is better than Pepsi in someway. Just don't forget, that every soft drink is a dangerous think. Usually, I consumed it only 1-2 times a month or if I eat in a Fast Food restaurant.
So, What is the danger in soft drink?
The earliest warning came in 1942 from American Medical Association's (AMA) Council on Food and Nutrition. They made the following noble statement:
"From the health point of view it is desirable especially to have restriction of such use of sugar as is represented by consumption of sweetened carbonated beverages and forms of candy which are of low nutritional value. The Council believes it would be in the interest of the public health for all practical means to be taken to limit consumption of sugar in any form in which it fails to be combined with significant proportions of other foods of high nutritive quality."

Fortunately, I don't like soft drink. Fruit juices, soya, tea or just plain water better than soft drink.
