No, I am not talking about Bee Gees' song, I am talking about how to keep healthy. Everyday is a challenge for us, human, to overcome the great hazards in our wold. You can name it ; cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, etc , have become dangerous hazards which can get to us everyday.
65% of all deaths in adults are caused by three top diseases ; heart disease, cancer and stroke. In many cases, these diseases were preventable. Many of the behaviors that cause these diseases begin at a young age.
Smoking and using tobacco are very dangerous habits. For example, if you use tobacco as a teenager, you're more likely to get heart disease, cancer or stroke when you're an adult. Smoking causes 440,000 deaths in the United States every year. More preventable illnesses (such as emphysema, mouth, throat and lung cancer and heart disease) are caused by tobacco use than by anything else. The sooner you quit, the better.
Eating the right foods and the right amounts of foods can help you live a longer, healthier life. Research has proven that many illnesses—such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure—can be prevented or controlled by eating right.
