Tomorrow is gonna be my day of examination, and I am in the anxiety mood. My patient is a 40th year old male with chief complaint angry with his father then hit him because his father didn't respond to him when he told him that he heard the sound again. My diagnosis is paranoid type of schizophrenia with the differential diagnosis is paranoid disorder.
