Chicken Nuggets As A Part of Your Diet
Who doesn't love it? At least, who haven't eating chicken nuggets in their life? This is maybe the most simple chicken dairy products which sold in many places. Mothers also give this for their children. So, how about eating it for your diet?
Anything that is breaded and fried is bound not to be good for you, but in the case of chicken nuggets—a staple in many households with young children—there can also be the additional unhealthy amount of fat and sodium.
A portion of five or six chicken nuggets is comparable in many ways to a small hamburger. They are about equal in protein and cholesterol-raising fats (saturated plus trans fats. They're equal in protein to burgers, but watch out for the calories and fat.
So, it is still better consume home made grilled-chicken for your diet!

I recently remarked to my mother how over-saltd I find so much processed food these days... and she told me it is because when I was a baby neither she nor my Dad put any salt on their food, so I grew up a salt-free baby. And the distaste for it is still with me nearly 40 years later!
