Drink Milk Benefits

I have been told that milk is healthy. Almost all kids all told that they have to drink milk. Yes, milk is healthy for kids, for some adults too. What are the benefits from drinking milk?

For the prevention of osteoporosis, a high calcium intake is recommended especially for women. It is recommended that a daily intake of low fat milk or skim milk with 2 glasses per day can give the women sufficient levels of calcium especially if taken regularly during the premenopausal state. Likewise other benefits of taking milk as shown in other studies showed it to lower ones risk to be overweight and develop Insulin Resistance Syndrome.

Milk does not contribute any fat and so you need not worry about those extra pounds! On the contrary it has been proved that people who drink milk regularly stay slim more than those who don't. Milk gives you many natural vitamins and minerals keeping you healthy and fit.

Milk is a very good antacid! Drinking a glass of milk when you experience heartburn can calm your food pipe from inflammation. Drinking milk regularly will prevent heartburn and other gastric problems.
