I believe that all of you have known about April Fool.. or in Indonesia, it's well known as April Mop..

The day is marked by the commission of hoaxes and other practical jokes of varying sophistication on friends, enemies and neighbors, or sending them on fools' errands, the aim of which is to embarrass the gullible. Traditionally, in some countries, the jokes only last until noon. If you play a trick on someone after this time you are the April Fool. There are a variety of theories of April fool.. Here is one of them:



history of April Fool began when the crusaders ready to invaded Spain, which that time was under the Moslem influence in March 1487 AD..

the crusaders had invaded all the cities, and the remain of Spain citizens were promised to be free if they leave Spain by a boat that had been prepared in Granada harbour..

but when the citizens had gathered at the harbour, the boat was burned by the crusaders and the citizens were killed.. the citizens' blood was over the place and made the ocean looked red..

the tragedy that happened in 1 April 1487 AD. and remembered as 'the April Fool Day'..



Now we have an annual celebration of pranks on the 1st day of April each year. The day where you can fool someone, and the fooled one is not allowed to get upset..
