Sometime people can feel boring in doing their normal activities. It is normal, though. We are just a simple human being. Here are the tips against your bored-ness :
1. Planning
Make a planning before doing your activities. Make a priority that makes you more focused and avoid the boring part.
2. Make a challenge
Make a challenge outside your normal activities. Some challenge can make your spirit higher than ever!
3. Make a change
Make a change from your usual activities. A simple activities like watching TV can be helpful
4. Relaxation
Relax your muscle by doing some muscle exercise. A good respiration also can help.
5. Take a holiday
I guess this is the best tips if the above tips can't help.
