Still about Apple Pie



Apple pie is delicious, like I have mentioned in the lower post. Healthy? Maybe. You still have to watch out. There are roughly 250 calories and 6 weight watchers points in a slice of Apple Pie.

With all that delicious fruit an apple pie should be healthy, but the truth is a slice can have as much as 750 calories and 30 grams of fat. For the most part, the culprit is the crust.

The key is to look after the ingredients. Make sure they are healthy.
