Eating South African Burger
Maybe eating South African burger every day is very dangerous for your health. Just look at the size! If you want to eat burger, make one at your home. You can eat burger 0ne or two times per week. Don't eat that every day.
A good homemade burger can’t be beaten. They are easy to make and you will impress all your friends and family.
Ingredients:
* 1kg Beef mince
* 1tbls Salt
* 1tbls Worcestershire sauce
* 2tbls Tomato Puree or sauce
* 30g Coriander
* ½tsp Black Pepper
* 3 cloves garlic
* 200g diced onion
* 1 Egg
Method:
Fry the onions until they are soft and add the garlic and fry for a further few minutes.
Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
Mix all the ingredients into the mince and shape into burgers.
Heat your pan for a few minutes add the oil and fry the burgers.
The hot pan will seal in all the meat juices.
