Eat Healthy in Buffet

Read my manual carefully :

1. Always start with praying.

2. Remember all the things you have suffer while doing the diet.

3. Head to the salad bar. Fill your plate with luscious greens, lean chicken, colorful veggies and lite dressing.

4. Fill up on fruit instead of cakes and cookies. Grab a bowl and fill it with pineapples, grapes and strawberries.

5. Have a bowl full of frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruit and skip the ice cream.

6. For your main course, grab baked or rotisserie chicken and cooked veggies.

7. Drink A LOT of mineral water
