Melon


Almost 90% consist of water and has 31 calories per 100 gr. The amount of beta caroten, the great anti oxidant for destroy the cancer cell, depends of the yellow part of melon. This fruit also rich with sodium, magnessium, potassium, and calcium.


Watermelon


Consist of 93% water and has 30 calories per 100 gr.


Choose : Melon


Because the content of mineral and fiber are higher than watermelon. Further more, some people said that the taste of melon is more delicious.
