Tips of the Day : Burn the Poison!

Sports can release your body's poison by sweat, burn the posion in the fat, and the bonuses : the body becomes stronger and more energic!

Find a time at least 45 minutes per day, 3 times a week minimal, to do aerobic like running, swimming or cycling.

Today, i suggest for running.

Go for it.

Wah kagak ada sb-nya neh, cuman mao bilang kalo kunjunga balik neh, skalian baca baca dikit...

Hehehe emang keringat itu racun yoo? kok rasanya asin kalo kejilat *loh* biasa klo maen bola kan secara kagak sengaja masuk ke mulut keringat yg ada dimuka, bukannya kalo racun itu membuat orang mati yah? *makluminlah orang satu ini?*

saya suka jalan2 santai gitu..dipinggir pantai ... olahraga juga kan???dibanding duduk blogwalking...yg ada malah tambah melaaar
