Eat Cereal For Pre-Dawn Meal



There are people who can't eat big meal in early morning. Well not like that people, I guess I can eat big meal in early morning especially in the fasting month. It is okay to eat cereal or other small meal for breakfast in non-fasting month. But if you try to eat cereal in early morning meal before fasting, hm.... I guess not!

Experts say that choosing a healthy breakfast cereal is mainly about getting some whole grains. There's no excuse not to get at least one serving of whole grains if you eat cereal for breakfast. And it's well worth the effort; recent research suggests those who eat more whole grains are at lower risk of diabetes and heart disease.

Nevertheless, if you can eat only cereal and stay strong for one whole day, why not? Consume a light pre-dawn meal. Eat whole wheat or oat cereal or whole wheat bread, 1-2 serving with a cup of milk. Add 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil or any other monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats in a salad or the cereal. Eat 1-2 servings of fruits, as a last item.
