Eat Chocolate to Increase Your Stamina



Made from the cocoa bean found in pods growing form the trunk and lower branches of the Cacao Tree, the earliest record of chocolate was in the South American rainforests around the Amazon and Essequibo rivers. The Mayan civilization worshipped the Cacao Tree for they believed it was divine in origin, thus its Latin name, Theobrom Cacao, means "food of the gods", and "cacao is a Mayan word meaning 'God Food.'

Cacao was later corrupted into the more familiar "Cocoa" by Europeans". Since emperors were considered divine, the Aztec emperor Monteczuma drank fifty golden goblets of chocolate a day in order to enhance his sexual ability. Consequentially, when the Spanish Conquistadors discovered chocolate and introduced it to Europe and the rest of the world, it continued to be associated with love.

Chocolate may be beneficial in improving sexual stamina in men because it contains the endurance boosters, phenylethylamine and alkaloid. Phenylethylamine is a chemical that promotes good feelings during sex, while alkaloid's caffeine effect increases energy, thereby improving sexual stamina.

When chocolate is consumed, it releases Phenylethylamine and Seratonin into the human system producing the same arousing effects. Since eating chocolate gives an instant energy boost, increasing stamina, it is no wonder why its effects have given it a reputation as an aphrodisiac. Both Phenylethylamine and Seratonin are substances that can be mildly addictive, hence explaining the chocoholic. But women are more susceptible to the effects of Phenylethylamine and Seratonin than men. This illustrates why women tend to be chocoholics more than men.

Sexy Female Bassist?



Looking a female that play a bass guitar is better than looking a female that play a guitar. When they play the bass, it is like looking to that some kind of sexy-aura, if you know what I feel.

Best youtube vid is with Jeff Beck at the 2007 Crossroads Festival, playing "Cause We've Ended as Lovers." In the DVD,, when you first see her you think she might be Beck's daughter, not a musician. Then you see her put on her bass, and you think, eye candy. Then she plays....

I saw that new girl with the Pumpkins live. She is a hottie. And I guess she must be pretty decent because alot of people auditioned for that gig, including the bassist from Jane's Addiction who "couldn't handle the songs" according to Billy Corgan, which I find kinda hard to believe. How could the bassist of a decent, pretty famous rock band not be able to handle Pumpkins songs? I think that was just Billy's excuse because he wanted the part to go to a hot female, regardless of whether she was the best or not.

Why Do Women Like Men on Thight Shirt?



I have very muscular gay friends that wear tight shirts... so is not the muscle that will make a man look manly, is the attitude, and well, yes, some designs and color can also affect!

Labels sometimes will not make it. Try to find something appealing for you and that your parents do not consider sugary, and, even when you still disagree remember that your parents are being honest with you because they love you...

There's no such thing as looking gay. Gay men come in all shapes, sizes, and fashion styles. If you like the to wear your shirts in a certain way then go for it. It shows that you have confidence in who you are and a clear sense of self- and that's sexy.

Other Opinion :

Tight shirts will link you to Right Said Fred! And if you don't know who that is... They sang that song "I'm too sexy"

Tight shirts should not be worn.... BUT there is only one way that it would be ok. And even still they are not TOTALLY tight. The fabric must NOT be spandex or anything similar. More like a cotton blend of some sort and preferably in Black... white if you can get away with that color.

All in all it's just best to stay away from tight shirts! Especially if you are thin, muscles or not!

Instant Coffee Disadvantages

Instant coffee has various advantages. One of the advantages is speed of preparation. It requires no time to dissolve into the hot water. It has reduced weight and volume. It has long shelf life. It means instant coffee does not lose flavour for long time.

Instant coffee has some disadvantages also. One disadvantage is that instant coffee is easily spoiled if it is not kept dry. It has low quality taste than that of the brewed coffee. Generally, the coffee beans used in the production of instant coffee are of lowest quality.

Coffee contains caffeine. The most amazing fact is that one cup of liquid coffee contains more amount of caffeine than a cup of tea while dry coffee contains less amount of caffeine than tea.

Jogging at Night

Choose a Well-lit Route

Do Something About Your Anger



We all feel angry at times, and we all know angry people who are very hard to live with. Anger is generally not a comfortable emotion, but it is a normal, healthy emotion. We often get angry after we feel hurt or vulnerable. Anger gives us some power to strike back. When hurt or vulnerability becomes anger we don't feel as helpless. Anger helps us respond to threats. It allow us to lash out and to defend ourselves when we are attacked.

Uncontrolled anger can make both you and other people feel lousy. If your outbursts, rages or frustrations are negatively affecting relationships with family, friends, co-workers or even complete strangers, it's time to learn some anger management skills. Anger management techniques are a proven way to help change the way you express your anger.

Anger becomes a problem when we act on the anger in ways that are destructive to others. While it is natural to strike out when we feel angry, this striking out involves a choice to act on the anger. There are several ways to manage problematic anger:

1. Relaxation Techniques - Calming down the autonomic nervous system can help calm down anger. Techniques to try include:

* Diaphragmatic Breathing is a quick relaxation technique
* Meditation - such as the Relaxation Response or mindfulness meditation
* Even counting to ten before acting can help you to respond with less aggression rather than simply reacting

2. Get some space. Take a break from the person you're angry with until your frustrations subside a bit.

3. Once you're calm, express your anger. It's healthy to express your frustration in a nonconfrontational way. Stewing about it can make the situation worse.

4. Get some exercise. Physical activity can provide an outlet for your emotions, especially if you're about to erupt. Go for a brisk walk or a run, swim, lift weights or shoot baskets.
