Here are some tips for increasing your slowly Alexa Rank :
# Optimize your popular posts. Got a popular post that consistently receives traffic from the search engines? Include a widget/graph at the bottom of the post, link to your Alexa post or use Alexa redirection on your internal URLs.
# Buy banners and links for traffic from webmaster forums and websites. A prominent and well displayed ad will drive lots of webmaster traffic to your website, which can significantly boost your rank.
# Hire forum posters to pimp your website. Either buy signatures in webmaster forums or promote specific articles or material in your website on a regular basis. You can easily find posters for hire in Digital Point and other webmaster forums.
# Pay Cybercafe owners to install the Alexa toolbar and set your website as the homepage for all their computers. This might be difficult to arrange and isn’t really a viable solution for most. I’m keeping this one in because some have suggested that it does work.
#Install the Alexa Toolbar
The Alexa Toolbar is a free toolbar that will not only allow you to track your own blog or websites ranking, it will also allow you to see where other blogs rank on Alexa.com. Another benefit to having the Alexa Toolbar installed on your browser is that it also offers some form of credit in increasing your own Alexa ranking, because each time you visit your own site with the toolbar installed.. it helps your ranking.

Choosing The Right Blog Niche
Nowadays, bloggers are starting to consider about their niches. Niche is so important if you want to have huge traffic blog. If you just want to blog about your opinion and don't really care whether there are people read at your blog or not, then niche is so not damn important.
Here’s a list of the factors which dashdot.com think, constitute the ideal blog niche:
1. Personal interest in topics within the niche. You enjoy reading, learning and writing about these blog topics.
2. Networking foundation. You are already active in several networking groups or forums within the niche.
3. Moderate to high search volume. The blog niche has a moderate to high search volume, meaning that people actually do search for more information on the topic.
4. Potential for Monetization. Ideally, you’ll want a blog niche that actually serves up relevant contextual ads or has a range of affiliate programs which are at least partially relevant to your audience’s needs.
Its important to have a passion for the subject and to know you can provide quality content and better information than your competition.
Many failed blogs on the net failed because they had no purpose or direction. Many bloggers just wing it in the beginning hoping that something eventually sticks. Now…if you are just looking to have a personal blog that shows what you are doing throughout your life and you are not looking to make any income from your blogging, then having a blog without a direction is ok. You are just blogging for the sake of sharing your life and thoughts…not creating a business or income generation. When you are looking to generate income through your blogging and make money online that will hopefully replace that 9-5 that you love to hate, you need to have a direct purpose in your blogging with a defined subject matter.

Keyword Strength
Choosing the right keyword is essential for your blog. The right keyword can increase the traffic to your blog, a lot. So, have you ever consider thinking about your keyword?
People tend to focus on the thousands of visitors that come to the site for the most popular terms. Most site managers are very happy to see the numbers increase for those specific terms, and even happier to see those terms consistently ranking well. Conventional thinking applies the 80-20 rule that the top terms provide 80% of the business, but in evaluating multiple sites, this has proved to be the opposite.
In most cases, the top 10 terms provide a lot of traffic, but not nearly as much as the total terms after the top 10 or 20 most popular. Add up the terms that refer 1-3 visits during the month, and chances are, they will add up to more total visitors than the top terms. On closer examination, most sites will have the majority of their business (sales and leads) generated from these terms that are rarely tracked. This is the heart of the long tail -- the length, or total number of low-number referred terms outnumbers the height, or the total of top 10 terms.
Names are important on a Web site. Choose them carefully because they affect promotion and site maintenance!
Try to include keywords inside your file names (including image files), directory names, and even your domain name if possible. Remember that the search engine algorithms try to determine how important a keyword or keyword phrase is relative to a page's content. A page named "buy-used-dvds.html" score higher than if the same page were named "buy.html" or something less descriptive.
Be careful though if you decide to start renaming image and page files or change your directory names! You'll also have to update your navigation links and any other pages that use the image files or link to them. Let HTML toolbox analyze your pages for broken links before you post the changes.
Also, remember to check your backlinks and alert other webmasters to changes in your site. That way, you won't lose incoming visitors from those sites or the goodwill of the site owners!

Windows Media Player Won't Open in My Vista
That is an annoying problem. Yes, I have use my WMP for playing many movie files, from unoriginal DVD to TV series which I downloaded using LimeWire Pro. Now, I can't even open the Windows Media Player. Anybody knows why?
I googled my problem and found some answers, such as :
" Start a Run command (Windows key + R).
Close the Run command.
Click on Start, locate Run Command in the program list, then right-click on it and choose Run as Administrator.
Type in: c:/windows/system32/rstrui
(above is System Restore)
Choose a restore point when the computer functioned properly."
"1. Click Start, click Accessories, the right click on Command Prompt and choose "run as administrator", then type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then hit enter.
2. Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll then hit enter.
3. Now type exit and hit enter. Now try media player and it should work."
"To resolve this problem, reregister the Jscript.dll and Vbscript.dll files. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run,type cmd, hit enter in command Prompt, type regsvr32 jscript.dll , and then click OK.
2. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, hit enter in command Prompt, type regsvr32 vbscript.dll , and then click OK.
Restart the computer and try to open Windows media player"
"Open the Task Manager and click the Processes tab.
Then look near the bottom for Windows Media Player. It should be something like wmp.exe.
End it and try opening it from the start menu"
but still, it doesn't solve my problem.

How to Avoid Internet Fraud..
1. Know who you’re dealing with. If the seller or charity is unfamiliar, check with your state or local consumer protection agency and the Better Business Bureau. Some Web sites have feedback forums, which can provide useful information about other people’s experiences with particular sellers. Get the physical address and phone number in case there is a problem later.
2. Look for information about how complaints are handled. It can be difficult to resolve complaints, especially if the seller or charity is located in another country. Look on the Web site for information about programs the company or organization participates in that require it to meet standards for reliability and help to handle disputes.
3. Be aware that no complaints is no guarantee. Fraudulent operators open and close quickly, so the fact that no one has made a complaint yet doesn’t meant that the seller or charity is legitimate. You still need to look for other danger signs of fraud.
4. Don’t believe promises of easy money. If someone claims that you can earn money with little or no work, get a loan or credit card even if you have bad credit, or make money on an investment with little or no risk, it’s probably a scam.
5. Understand the offer. A legitimate seller will give you all the details about the products or services, the total price, the delivery time, the refund and cancellation policies, and the terms of any warranty. For more information about shopping safely online, go to www.nclnet.org/shoppingonline.
6. Resist pressure. Legitimate companies and charities will be happy to give you time to make a decision. It’s probably a scam if they demand that you act immediately or won’t take “No” for an answer.
7. Think twice before entering contests operated by unfamiliar companies. Fraudulent marketers sometimes use contest entry forms to identify potential victims.
8. Be cautious about unsolicited emails. They are often fraudulent. If you are familiar with the company or charity that sent you the email and you don’t want to receive further messages, send a reply asking to be removed from the email list. However, responding to unknown senders may simply verify that yours is a working email address and result in even more unwanted messages from strangers. The best approach may simply be to delete the email.
9. Beware of imposters. Someone might send you an email pretending to be connected with a business or charity, or create a Web site that looks just like that of a well-known company or charitable organization. If you’re not sure that you’re dealing with the real thing, find another way to contact the legitimate business or charity and ask.
10. Guard your personal information. Don’t provide your credit card or bank account number unless you are actually paying for something. Your social security number should not be necessary unless you are applying for credit. Be especially suspicious if someone claiming to be from a company with whom you have an account asks for information that the business already has.
11. Beware of “dangerous downloads.” In downloading programs to see pictures, hear music, play games, etc., you could download a virus that wipes out your computer files or connects your modem to a foreign telephone number, resulting in expensive phone charges. Only download programs from Web sites you know and trust. Read all user agreements carefully.
12. Pay the safest way. Credit cards are the safest way to pay for online purchases because you can dispute the charges if you never get the goods or services or the offer was misrepresented. Federal law limits your liability to $50 if someone makes unauthorized charges to your account, and most credit card issuers will remove them completely if you report the problem promptly. There are new technologies, such as “substitute” credit card numbers and password programs, that can offer extra measures of protection from someone else using your credit card.

I find this info in the web by many website, you can try it too.. It is so helpful when you want to find a spesific mp3.. Just copy paste the html code to the "search part" of Google.. You can replace the name of the artist and the title of the song..
-inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" "Last modified" mp3
or
-inurl:htm -inurl:html intitle:"index of" mp3 "beethoven"
or
"shadow of the day" intitle:"index.of" "parent directory" "size" "last modified" "description" [snd] (mp4mp3aviflacaacapeogg) -inurl:(jspphphtmlaspxhtmcfshtmllyrics-realmmp3-collection) -site:.info -site:franceradio.net
Instead of the website you will find a parent directory.. Nice!

Which is better, Google or Yahoo?
So what do you think about the best search engine? Yahoo or Google?
Maybe when the first time I ever used internet, Yahoo was the best. But now, Google rules.
I give you example why Google is better.
I want to search images in Yahoo. I use the keyword "cervical disc herniation, CT scan".

and I only get 1 result.
Compare to Google for the same keyword..

I get 3250 results! What do you think?
Another example, I use keyword "hangman's fracture MRI",

and I get no result.
With the same keyword again, but this time I use Google.
